This place may seem like a dream to work for at the beginning. Good hours, half day Fridays, but when there is smoke there is fire. If you do not preform or meet their standards, you will be fired with out warning with "no cause". There is no team spirit no unity with management or with their associates. If you are not management, you pretty much are nothing in that company and are completely disposable.

Water Matrix has changed quite a bit and in a positive way.  It's a smaller company where everyone knows everyone and together it feels like a second family.  Each department is willing to crossover and help other departments if needed.  The motto "Work hard, play hard" is what Water Matrix strives to be.  I am thrilled to be part of this culture and look forward to growing with a company that is making moves across North America!

During my employment there was some rare hardworking and dedicated staff that were the glue keeping it together. You are just a number and advancement is unlikely with potential unrecognized.

High turn over. Poor management. The operations staff is excellent and implemented my projects extremely well.Did lots of calling and was able to open new markets for the company.

Easy interview. .went over my resume answered a view questions and stated working in a few days..manager was really easy to communicate with and the staff was encouraged

Great place for beginners but not much room for advancement.  You will learn a lot in a short amount of time.  Self starters do better here than people who require extra attention. 

Not diverse. There was no coloured person working in the office back when I was employed. the only people of colour were working in the warehouse. Not sure if it has changed now. 

What can I say about this place? Lost for words. I would apply somewhere else and don't waste your time unless you want to be on the bread line in a matter of months.

This is a great company to work at. Good pay, good benefits, good managers and mostly a good place to learn and grow professionally. The hours are good too.

Wish I could get in full time but I ha e school and they close at 5 do there is no part time hours
