WE CARE HOME HEALTH

As their Community Relations Manager it has been my pleasure to reach out to all the existing Seniors Community businesses and research the complete Seniors Industry. Allowing me to understand the challenges and formulate many potential scenerios to improve the challenges faced when the family needs to deal with aging requirements.  

They are in a super competitive marketplace and not quite enough budget to stand out in Marketing. Thus only part time work currently.

We Care Home Health has a negative atmosphere and does not have its priorities straight. They would rather let clients down than think they are wrong or blame another employee for a mistake they've made. 

The hardest part of the job was telling clients that We Care is unable to send an RN or a care aid their home to help them with their needs. 

Management was very disorganized. The management would always mispay or underpay their employees.

Overall I had learned lots from this job both good and bad but I would never go back to working for this company again if I had the chance.

We care home health services is a really good employer.  The hours are there if you want them, you have to make yourself available for them, and sometimes ask for them, but they are there.

The only draw back is that there are not many afternoon hours, so if you want to work 8-4, you may only work 8-1.  To get more hours, you have to call and ask for more, and tell them you are available if they need you.  The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

the schedulers are great and so are the supervisors.  The money is good too.

It is an amazing experience working in the community where you can update your knowledge with new skills and communication in the community.

Typical day at work, Was working long hours.. With clients that were usually the same clients. Which was a great thing about WE Care, They kept you with the same clients.
Management was always changing, never knew who to call or go to with issues.

fun place to work, things i learned was hospitality, and lots of health care aide related skills. management was amazing to work with, and coworkers were much the same, no complaints on this company, i had a very good experience with them.

I have learned a lot about dealing with different kinds of people. It helps me to understand when people are in the señor care and those who are in dementia/alzeimer disease.  It makes me more patient and to be kind.

most enjoyable part of the jobs are the clients that I deal with on a regular basis. It has it's challenges but all companies do especially when transitioning and changing technology comes into play.

Friendly and professional place to work.  Have been provided with resources and equipment and training to conduct my job in a professional and efficient manner to assist elderly patients in their time of need.
