What is the best part of working at the company?
Some really good people work here.  They care about quality of their work and are very reliable. Willing to go the extra mile.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owners son who runs the place, thinks he knows everything. He doesn’t. He has no people skills, no compassion for his employees and is the main reason they can’t keep good employees. A 35 year employee recently retired and they didn’t even give him a thank you card. He will ruin the business 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible culture. Fear and intimidation is how they operate 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
None stop complaining about the employees from management. None stop complaining from the employees about management. Never have the right materials and when you do you have to search for them. You have Supervisor’s and even Managers loading trucks and wrapping pallets because they can’t keep material handlers. The pay is horrible and they are treated poorly so not surprising.

Typical day at work is talking to customers who many have become friends.
I enjoy working with people
The hardest part of the job is the challenge to make sure that deliveries are met and the customer gets what they need on time.
The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that you have done everything possible to make sure product is shipped and getting a "Thank you".

Terrible work environment. I left best move I've ever made. They use people and pay them little. The owner watches every move as if he is some commander at a labor camp. You freeze in the winter and sweat in the summer, very unhealthy little lightning. People not allowed to smile or even say a word. This is one place where burning your bridge is in no way a bad move.They judge new employee only in one day still you in training

Management needs to learn to treat people with respect and to stop belittling people. One of the management has a habit of being disrespectful and is a bully. This company needs a better health plan and better pay for it's employees. ( some fast food place pay better) 
Safety is a joke and no one has first aid training. Think twice before you work for Wedlock 

Wedlock runs full bore all the time. There's a huge push on production, but not on development, staff well-being, coaching, machine health, preventative maintenance, or accountability. When you are held accountable, it's publicly, often in front of the whole plant like a firing squad. You can't sustain a business off fear.

Worst company to work for. Management looks down on staff. Zero backbone for the management, no hierarchy, poor communication, mean and super toxic people who claim as managers.

It was indeed a challenging place to work as productivity is given more priority than anything else. Management needs more maturity to gain more respect from people within the organization. A good place for beginners to gain experience in leading a production team.

Upper management has hired a great team of supervisors to manage the floor. They are very easy to talk to and resolve issues with production. I had a chance to learn a lot for the adjusters and wish i did not have to go back home. 

Not a company for me - too much bullying from Management.  Co-workers were great to work with - the job it's self was great - could not see myself working for a management that belittles people in front of everyone when something goes wrong.

Plate Mounter is best position to work in wedlock Paper converters. Human Resource Manager is very nice helps everyone even the Supervisors are good. Press operator and helper job is not easy here.
