... and to be honest I would have wanted to keep this job if it wasn't for the consistent snobbery of a few of the bar employees. Don't work on the restaurant side at Western Pizza Broadways... you will be treated like a lesser and used to do all the custodial work and open the restaurant. Employees on the bar side are treated preferentially and get to make all the money while the restaurant is dead. Honestly you'll work with some pretty snotty coworkers for people who wear flip flops to work.... I do not recommend.

decent kitchen work,very high attention to detail need. Long hours and very little time for a break makes this a tiring but rewarding job. Management right now is not good. new owners who are clueless and causing unnecessary stress and work. Staffing was an issue due to the ineptness of management, so for the last month it felt like there never was enough staff and you are always overworked.

Usually I go in and collect catering orders, then cut the fruits/veggies followed by fulfilling the order for the driver to take. While doing so I answer any calls from customers and take orders from them and walk in customers, as well as giving them their food once its made. At the end of every day I wash dishes and sweep the floors.

when working at western pizza I found they didn’t ask for my information to pay me right away and when I brought it in still didn’t get paid .worked for a month and didn’t get paid then they cut my hours to about half of what I worked 

Excellent environment to work. Franchise owner was amazing, friendly environment, very dedicated customers! Menu was easy and appetizing. I would have to say the hardest part of my job would've been terminating people. Most enjoyable part of the job would be interacting and building a bond with regular customers.

One of the best Employer.. I was hired overseas as a temporary foreign worker. They are my sponsor as i process my permanent residency and citizenship.. When I got a chance to go to school here they are very supportive. 
I use to work full time but now i am on a permanent part time as a Server..

The manager is a great leader, very helpful and friendly. Great workplace, but a small company, and not opportunity to grow up professional.

Fun workplace to learn new skill and get close to your workmates. I learned pizza, cutting and extensive customer service skills. My manager was always ready to help but far enough that I could learn for myself.

i can work any job I am a patient man and hard working, the first time i need a little bit training for my new job. and also I can work any time i am free and also I am still looking for the job. thank you

Over all working at Western Pizza I enjoyed my co-workers and regular customers. But the manager however was a nightmare to work for. She had no people skills dealing with the public. That was my reason for leaving.
