Practicing the words of the business. Self development. Making warm phone call and setting appointments. Planning follow ups.

91% of the population of Canada is hungry for financial education,  having the opportunity to help my family and other family  is the greatest satisfaction.

91%  of the population needs help, you need an army. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
WFG gives you a platform to become what uou were created to be without investing a lot of money.  If you can't make with WFG you can't make it anywhere 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyday is a new day to help people with their financial goals.

It was great working with this company. I have learned a lot while working in the company. I have learned most about finances and management in finance. The hardest part was to develop and maintain a team that will work by your side and learning most or all the services we provide because we have many services that it was harder to be an expert in all of the services. The greatest thing about this work was I got to travel a lot to many different countries within the year. It was amazing and I get to learn more about the business.

This company from the outside will be convincing as a feasible position, and really depends on the management (upline) lap you fall into. The monetary gain is solely commissions based and is heavily front loaded with personal investment and little to no return. Chargebacks are routine. There is a lack of professionalism, training and unmonitored harassment that will hopefully decimate this unfairly commissioned structure of a brokerage.

I'm not working in their company but by a couple interviews I found out they a scheme. They force you to join them and tell you all these stories about "you pay only $150 for a license and from the next month you're going to start making at least 3-4k working 8 hours a week". Their work is focused on forcing new recruiters to bring more and more people into the company and they put pressure on you to start selling their insurance to literally everyone, even if they don't need it. 

Working as a Broker / associate with WFG affords you unlimited potential. Personal growth and a strong work ethic are imperative, The individal is responsible for speed of business building, inviting people to business meetings, and learning the business apprentice style. Licencing and office fees are a business wright off as are the trips and any travel to meeting locations. All in all a great entrepreneurial opportunity with excellent compensation .

This company has given so many an opportunity to build a business for themselves but never by themselves.  People have the flexibility of time and control of their own environment and income potential. What I love most is what they do for people.  The educational focus to empower people to make their own financial decisions with confidence, many agents spend their time helping people who are being left behind in the financial industry.

This company can be just what you need. The company gives you a platform and you choose where you want to be . It is a level
Playing field . It is not fast or easy money. Hard work , discipline is needed but once u understand the concept it gets easier . Start up is the hardest part but u get constant support and encouragement. 

I believe in WFG and its leadership.

If you spend the time, you can make it.  No ceiling like other JOBs and career.

I have been with this company for almost 4 years and earning 6 figure income.

Company gave me a free vacation to Hawaii last year and also I will be going to a company paid Bootstrapped trip in 2020. 

This is the best thing ever happen to me.  Never look back.

WFG company is amazing as you are given the opportunity to learn how money works for you not you always work for money. Everyone is willingly helping each other even from other team/hirarchy. You will be helped to discover and develop the best version of you as a person (self development). It’s very fulfilling experience everytime you help families. I love WFG platform.
