Worked for the company for less than a year. Middle management and supervisors were great. Upper management seemed to care more about being “ in charge “ than they did about actually helping to grow their employees. No work/life balance. Any mistake was highly scrutinized. Sticking someone on nights for 5 months straight isn’t great either. They have a very talented team but alot of the ones in charge don’t seem to want to share their knowledge. Always met with resistance when I needed anything. Lots of cliques and in fighting. Employees sleeping together together. Fun for young people grown adults not so much. Do not recommend working for this company 

Management is a joke, everything is based of ego and how much power a guy hold over then next, your paid pennies to work away from home. They'll work you over 24 days with no remorse or any kind of incentive.  Trying to move up is impossible, your only saving grace is the few in feild employees that treat you like family. If u don't have kids and get off on being belittled this is the place for you. 

Working at White Water is like being in high school. No drug & alcohol pre screening, poor supervision, and no oilfield experience necessary. If you have any experience or knowledge of pumping, they will be sure to make your time there unpleasant , and do there best get you gone . Supervisors do no supervising. They just drive around and hide from responsibility. 

They hire and fire faster then you can blink. They don’t care about the condition of their employees, if you get injured they slam the door in your face the second they legally can. The management is bad, they don’t know what they’re doing, and very all over the place. And they are also hypocrites on safety procedures.

Great ppl great work great pay great place great food great boss great workout great towns great places to see great experience had fun doing it would do it again if my body was up to the challenge lots of bush work any way if ublike that sort of thing 

Three months with WWM, recieved zero training, and when I filed a safety event, the next week I got offered a demotion or severence. The management is very chaotic and does not provide proper instruction, but has no problem telling you what you did wrong. 

Upper management is a disaster. Mid management is in disaster response , or recovery 80% of the time. The acquisition made things worse. Good luck. Working here is equivalent to a constant new class feel due to constantly training green hands every two weeks. 

A lot of skilled people here. The people who complained about not moving up didn’t make the cut. Very tough on people here. It’s a good thing because most of the other water companies seem to hire anything with a heartbeat.
