A good place to work with which I’m satisfied except for the lack of competent pay/benefits according to the market value for the same position. Understanding and flexible management who are friendly to employees. However, retaining employees may be hard in future with the slow increments in pay. 
The company is run by good businessmen who do focus on making profits a lot.

Not much to say about Windows City, it was filled with workers looking for a mornings pay. Like any other warehouse they work together to get the jobs done. I learned how fill in windows, hammering protective seals around the windows and stacking them on a rack.

was a challenging position to work have to be attentive and always on your feet. management was good and know what they were doing, the pay was not enough for what we were doing but overall not a bad company to work at.

The manager was nice and supportive. The pay does not reflect the work done. Friendly place to work.Opportunity to familiarise with some window material making machines

If you don’t have job then you may start but management may terminate any time and pay is not good. They do not have defined team and leaders for maintenance 

I had a very winderful experience in our company, I had a great boss and all the staff are nice. The facilities are nice. I loved window city, i learned a lot.

It's fun working with the employee they treat you good and always work happy. I just had a problem on my transportation because its far from my place.

Great company to work with. Company environment is great. The management is helpful. There was always something new to learn everyday, which made the day to be enjoyable.

Good excellent company excellent staff and management, They always want to help everyone include staff. Everyone is so friendly. Manager also help to train employees.
