What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company does not have a growth path, they don’t perform annual reviews, provide feedback, etc. the work environment depends on your boss so make sure you get hire in the right team.

I loved working there even though it was a very short period of time. Everyone is so cheerful and welcoming, a great team I have ever met. the most enjoyable part of the work is variety of work You never get bored and you get to interact with lots of people.

A great place to work.  Very supportive management with a great positive and proactive attitude.  They allowed employees to grow their skill set and encouraged questions and new ideas.

Small very cohesive team, Autonomous work practices,  Company pays for Skill development courses, All tools provided , Good benefits, Above average pay

I was work there in 2006 2008 2009 2012 2016 some part time some full time good salary good in come new work no experience but old worker has experience so I learn how to picking tommattows pack tommattows taking leaf some fast based environment job

i have enjoyed working with the company. unfortunately the do not have adequate hours at this moment. i am extremely enjoyed my coworkers and the managerial.....

my time at windset was never stressful , everyone became your friend almost instantly and they truly love their employees. couldn't ask for a better manager either
