I've learnt great customer service skills and how to approach problems that have come up with customers whether it be about food, service or complaints. Learnt to communicate with my team members and to work together so nobody becomes overwhelmed or stressed out. Management was amazing prior to our new management we have now. Schedules were balanced and shifts were evenly divided between the hostesses. We were never understaffed and had just the right amount of employees on our busiest days. The new management are not aware of the strongest employees and of the routines of the restaurant that things have gotten a little out of hand. They are slowly adapting and learning but compared to before things have became worst. I enjoy working with all my co-workers and the surroundings I work in. It's great interacting with people and being able to make them feel comfortable and appreciated. You not only learn about your own strengths but develop more. The hardest part of the job is constantly dealing with management changes. Every 2-3 months we have new managers and it just becomes chaotic all over again.

A typical day involves signing in and starting your shift. When you work you will have a half hour deducted from your pay even if you were not given the opportunity to take a half hour break. Tips take weeks even months sometimes to be provided. The management lacks professionalism and speaks poorly about employees to other employees. Overall, there is an extremely toxic work environment.

I don’t really think there is an enjoyable part of this work as working there my mental health was horrible and they did not care about me at all. I got extremely sick and gave them notice and they still told me that I would no longer have a job when I went back.

A great place to work fun filled atmosphere, very encouraging Team members. Always welcomed new suggestions and better ways to make over all production targets achievable and all employees on ease.

Company is fine if you don’t know your rights as an employee and don’t mind getting paid late and wait for weeks for your tip out.  Not enough customers, low tips and they schedule too many people so sometimes you end up working only a couple hours even if you’re scheduled for 8 hours. 

I've been working with wings for quit some time and it's the best job if you have other responsibilities such as school or kids at home. This job is laid back and quick easy money. Don't have to work long hours because the tips are pretty good so you'll have more time for other responsibilities.

The pay is reasonable. That is roughly the only good thing to say about this company and it's owner. The owner, when sober is not someone to be trusted, when drunk is a vulgar moronic buffoon.

Working at wings was an fun and laid back place to work. At first there is a lot to learn and you have to keep in mind you need to be professional. Overall it is a fast paced environment but overtime it becomes easier and you become more comfortable with the customers.

The work was never more then I could handle so I often did extra, the people were amazing and the work was always fun. My supervisor listened very well and helped with any issue that need his attention. I loved working there.

Would never work in such a toxic work place ever again the management has never worked in  a restaurant and enjoys stirring the pot of drama I do not recommend this as a good place to work it was absolutely terrible
