A typical day at work means to me : I check the fitting room, the warehouse and the front desk(customer service) to see if they have any issues that need my suport, or any merchandise that needs to be written off or needs to go back on the sales floor; check what is need to be done in my area and support the Assistant Manager in all the tasks required; delegate tasks for the other sales associates; provide best customer service to both internal and external customers; train and develop new sales associates in merchandise presentation standards.

Moves product around warehouse, operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Equipment that may be utilized includes pallet jacks
Ensures accurate quantities of product were received, and compares appropriate paperwork, or what’s displayed on hand-held scanner, and matching product numbers
Identifies product shortages/damages from delivery upon receipt of product
Stocks product in the proper location. Submits product location information to receiving as available inventory.
Unload cartons onto conveyor sortation system

Managers at Winners are flexible and understanding. They put the needs of their associate first in order to ensure their safety and happiness. Co-workers are handworking and meet customers satisfaction daily. The hardest part of the job would be attending to ignorant customers, no matter how hard it is my job is to always provide them with what they want. The most enjoyable part working at winners is being a provider of such fashionable clothing and being one of the first to see it before it is let out to the public.

- Learned about the retail and buying business through various hands-on projects, and by working with Planning and the Buying team.
- Management was very encouraging and supportive
- Constant communication with a wide range of vendors and suppliers
- Co-workers are always willing to help and assist others any way they can.

There are lots of room for improvement in the workplace. Better flow system in the warehouse should be implemented. Managers are friendly but some Team Coordinators should put on their best smiles not only for customers but for co-workers as well. Working hours can only be 8 hours a week. Definitely, not a reason to be happy.

If a job make you want to take s bullet instead of being there, its a bad job. High turn over, so no one knows anything, rules change on a managers whim, and god forbid you do something up to one managers standards, because the other one will tell you it was wrong. An occasional pizza party is the cliche cover for not enough pay or care in the workplace. 

A typical day would be to ticket average about 300 items of clothing.
Document keep track of amount and of clothing that is being ticketed and distribute clothing to different store locations across canada.
I enjoy working with people trained new employee's on the job. maintained a clean and safe work enviornment.

lots to do with finding and stowing away equipmet for shipping. learned how to work as a team and benefit from each others skills. hard working environment with lots of staff. the hardest part of the job is time management and feeling a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.

5 days a week

most of the co-workers are friendly

enjoyable part of the job is entertaining customers

few hours no wage raises  but assistant managers and operation managers are soo cooperative and understanding  , rest is good but very few hours not even 20 hours for part timer hard to survive with less pay
