I enjoyed the fact that this job was different every day. Different clients and different focus-groups meant dealing with a vast array of people. Deadlines had to be met and that was the challenge I really enjoyed. It meant prioritizing time, making a schedule, goals which needed to be met, and even working under pressure when need be.

The department I was in was small, but busy, and communication was definitely the factor that kept everything organized and in-place. My manager was organized, friendly, and always listened to suggestions and tried to implement them the best he could.

The hardest part of my job as Qualitative Recruiter would have to have been meeting tough specifications for focus-groups. For example, if 90% of the group had to be a specific race, it would mean utilizing all resources and being creative in methods of finding people to make it happen. Of course, hardest parts of any job are the ones we learn the most from. In this instance specifically, it allowed me to brain storm more than ever before and expand my range of ideas.

The most enjoyable part of my job were the days we hosted focus-groups. It meant meeting clients face-to-face, as well as the people we recruited for focus groups. It meant making sure everything ran smoothly and clients were kept happy. It also included responsibility for payments of focus-group participants. These evenings were more often hectic than not, however that is what I enjoyed. At the end of the night when everything was accomplished, it gave me that feeling of satisfaction.

A typical day a Winning research involved inbound/outbound calls. We do surveyors for various companies. We collect the feedback, and return it to the clients. I learned to be patient, and speak in a calmly matter, and be understanding to the aggressive clients. I also learned to be an active listener, and to speak loud and clearly. Management was very unorganized, and unreliable, but my co-workers were very helpful, and encouraging. The hardest part of my job was dealing with rude comments. The most enjoyable part of my job was accomplishing my goals, by completing surveys, and contributing feedback to help the client.

Winning Research is a fun and exciting Market Research Company with innovative business practices to get the job done successfully.  Winning Researches customer client base ranged from local sports teams to overseas tech giants.  At times the PM position was stressful due to the amount of projects that were handles simultaneously and with the time differences across the world, the position required more of a 24/7 commitment.

I have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated here. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is an open-door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The team-building exercises we do each month also really help to connect us as a company so we are a team working towards the same goal instead of separate departments ignoring one another.

Call and collect data on different topics and issues around the world. I learned how to deal with hostile clients. The managers and other employees were all friendly and welcoming, which made it even easier to start at Winning Research. Hardest part of the job was convincing the clients to take the survey beause it might not benifit them. the most enjoyable part of the job was the enviroment. We had a very clean and welcoming office which made going to work easy for eveyone.

•	Bilingual (English/Spanish) representative doing customer surveys for Latin American Industries on oil products for diesel engines to measure performance score card which increased CSAT score. 
•	Conducted surveys for beverage industry to understand the pattern of consumption of alcoholic beverages for different brands and maintained matrix of data gathered for analysis.

I worked at winning research for a few months over the summer as a part-time job and it was a great place to start growing my experience.  I was able to learn how to deal with situations under pressure, with very impatient or upset customers. I was and am now able to handle everything and anything with great patience.

It is a typical day at work. I learned to time manage, work in a fast paced environment and how to deal with different people. The management is good the managers are nice and understanding. My co-workers were nice however did not get time to interact with them much due to fast paced environment.

I had an great experience, with my communication skills, talking, meeting new people and interacting with people was wonderful. I was answering calls, writing down answers i had to do alot of  multi-tasking and overall it was an awesome experience.
