There is no shortage of work so job security is always there. Your work space is usually freezing or scorching hot. Every time the door opens you’ll see a whirlwind of paper. The roof leaks on your computer space. No custodian for the service area, you’re expected to DIY except you have no time. For someone who puts a lot of pride and effort into your work, this place will leave you feeling disrespected, frustrated and worn out. You will bust your butt and be yelled at and work hard to do your job properly as directed, just for someone to come and overwrite everything you just did to make themselves look better. It’s disheartening. Lots of conflict of interest and nepotism at this place so if certain people are disrespecting you and making your job a living h*** then there is literally nothing you can do about it and if you try and talk to the manger they will just laugh and never do anything to address it. You rarely learn anything new and when you do, you’re taken away from your work to do online training but no one covers for the work that you’re missing while you’re doing that, so when you get back you’re bombarded with angry customers and staff needing things from you so you end up having to work for hours extra on end with no extra pay. The bonuses are rarely granted because usually you’ll get approximately 17-20 perfect surveys and the one bad one will erase your entire bonus which is optimally a third of your income, and it’s usually for something out of your control. Always understaffed and you’re constantly confronted about things that you didn’t have anything to do with and when you try and answer or talk you’re talked over, told off or walked away on and you have no idea what just happened. Very abusive place to work and I’ve worked at a few other dealers to compare. No professionalism, and no real HR. Also note that there’s no such thing as 8-9 hour days, it takes your entire life from you since all you do on your free time is try to recover. 

It's easy - I love my job. Because I love what I do I can see beyond a tough day or unexpected turn. Here are 13 reasons why, in no particular order. I hope that some of these resonate with you:

1. My company genuinely cares about the people who use our services and the staff who work hard to achieve great care and want the best experience for both. They are true to their values

2. I love that I'm encouraged to try new things out and be innovative... and if it doesn't work out I'm supported to learn lessons, dust myself off and try again

3. My boss is awesome

4. There is always something to laugh about every single day...laughing is good for my soul and my psychological wellbeing

5. It's ok for me not to know everything, but boy am I learning so much so quickly

If you enjoy stress, being swore at and shouted at and loads of micromanagment this is the job for you, with the added benefit of being laid hardly anything!

They promise the world and deliver nothing, management in all areas is lacking any skill, from gm to sales management. Racisim, Transphobia and homophobia is rampant here.

And the compensation is not worth the stress, especially as they start to take even more earning potential from sales

I really liked working at this dealership.  The other employees were easy to get along with,as well as the owner.  The owner was always willing to take the time to stop and chat with an employee.  If there was any issues that needed to be dealt with, they were taken care of in a professional manner.

They really make the work interesting alot of things to do ... make my time quicker .. the hardest maybe is its when working outside when its cold .. it has good benefits and the work hours are great

Overall a good placeto work. Training is lacking. Heavy workload that s expected to be taken care of but the reflection on the salary is not equivalent. 

Great place to work and an amazing automotive product. The staff are very helpful and always ready to make sure that all customers are taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership.

Employers are very nice people. They are very welcome to new employees. They are very patient on training new people and encourage them to work hard in a relaxed environment
