Interview
- Had interview with a maintenance manager. Explained about my experience from previous work.
- Had a basic electrical and mechanical exam. 
- Manager showed me around the facility and explained me roughly about the machines.
- It was really nice interview experience. The manager read my resume before we met and asked what he wanted to know further. He explained me about the shift, work environment and the system of WITRON.


Training
- Had a week basic operating training.
- Had two weeks maintenance related training.
- On going shadowing training after three weeks training.
- WITRON has really well made training system. They don't let you work right away.  They train you until you feel familiar with the machines and confident.

Work
- Co-workers are really nice. They always try to help others and if they know good tips, share with others.
- Work is mixed with planned repair, pre-maintenance and un planned repair.
- There are tons of new things around there even you have background, but that's the joy to work here. You will learn new things every day.



A typical day at work starts with receiving our assigned zone, then heading straight to the designated area to begin the shift. The tasks are routine, but the pace can be demanding. One key thing I learned is how businesses often prioritize results over people. It became clear that the company cared more about production than employee well-being. Management, especially HR, wasn’t very supportive. With only one HR representative, it often felt like concerns were taken personally rather than handled professionally, which made it difficult to get help when needed. The workplace culture depends on who you interact with—some colleagues make the environment enjoyable, but over time, the overall atmosphere becomes frustrating. The hardest part of the job was working in extreme cold, around -28°C, which takes a toll physically. The most enjoyable part, however, was seeing and chatting with coworkers. The people made the experience more bearable day to day.

The job itself was decent.
The management team/HR truly disgusting.
They literally just say what they want to say.
No concern for your wellbeing.
They dont care if you have any medical issues going on with yourself or provide documentation for it.
They choose just to dismiss it as it isn't an issue.
No loyalty towards employees especially for ones that have been there for a long time, 5+ years.
I get the discipline part of a company,  but for the past 6+ months it's been excessive.
They've become cheap towards their employees, IE. events.
And overall no body wants to see or deal with them as their attitude is appalling and they seem to be quite biased.
They look out only for themselves and not a care in the world for people running the automation.
I've gone through my fair share of management since working there and it has just gotten worst.
The turn over rate of management is consistent, so what does that say about them as a company?
Glad I've moved on for the better.
No regrets.


I worked here for about 4 months , close to 5.While working g here I experienced numerous unprofessional occurrences with management and operators. Between invasion of privacy of team leads to operators?!, being told I couldn’t get any help to understand something, and disrespectful approach to health problem leaves. I would have loved working with the company in a different location I believe. They ask of you the bare minimum of things they can’t give to you! At points, it’s dehumanizing.As a hard worker who’s loves working , this job makes you like the money enough but HATE your job. Not a happy life going home at the end of the day to feel well-achieved.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I truly enjoy working at Witron. There is always something new to learn. The management and supervisors are always helpful, friendly and calm.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I really don’t find it stressful, however it is a fast paced environment where you learn everyday; which some may find stressful. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is treated equally and with respect. There is a zero tolerance for rudeness, racism or sexism. I really love that about this company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I always look forward to going to work here. We start off everyday with a team meeting so everyone knows the facts for the day,
I always feel informed.

A typical day includes a pre shift meeting where we discuss the days production and go over any previous days issues. 

I learned a lot about automation that I dis not know even existed. 

The management is wonderful and is there for anything that comes up in work or life.

I find the most enjoyable part of my job is learning new skills and helping others learn the job

The work place culture really makes you feel like you are part of a family and not just working a job. 

The hardest part of the job I found was learning and remembering the systems but it comes easy with the rigjt team behind you supporting you every day

The company always like to hear what their employees suggest.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
All workplace has a stressful part,each jobs has it own demands. And meeting our goals is part of it,its just a matter how we take it.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People know each other,and treat each other fairly with full support and encouragement.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
We start our day with safety talks,reminders, and targets then designation of works for production team.

The days are always different; some good and some bad but everyone works as a team which helps everyone feel supported and like they are accomplishing the goals for the day. There is a support team there to help you grow in your knowledge and advance in the company if you wish to. 
Overall, we find a reason to laugh at the end of the day with our co-workers and management which helps us feel like we're a part of team. Good pay, benefits and gatherings outside of work to get together with co-workers and have a good time.

a typical day at work consists of trying to get the people to put some effort, care, and follow through  on their work. what you believe you learned - Your opinion or point of view doesn't matter. management, is poor. workplace culture is toxic where anyone and everyone will try and get each other in trouble or fired for their own advancement, unless your "in" with the management team members. the hardest part of the job was trying to get the teams to work together in an equal and collaborative way. the most enjoyable part of the job was how close it was to my home.
