A typical work day consist of liasing with all stakeholders in the business. As a Training Facilitator/Manager I am required to always communicate change management in any business related processes by compiling reports and other forms of communication. I'm required to provide induction, communication, technical and process related training to new employees. I'm also responsable for all administration task related to the training department.

I've learned the importance of managing a sound training & development department and how this directly impacts revenue. I've also developed excellent communication skills and most importantly I've learned how to build effective relationships with collegues on all levels.

I have a great relationship with senior management and co-workers as I belive that team work is important in our environment.

The hardest part of my job is managing my energy levels, facilitating groups can be physicaly draining. However, the best part of the job is that you learn all the time and you get satisfaction in seeing others develop.

This is a horrible company to work for, sick leave is unpaid whether you have a doctors certificate or not. If it happens that the day you get sick its pay day they freeze your salary and withhold it for a week. During training we were told we would get bonuses based on our performances when the time to pay up came this never happened. Infact what makes it so worse is that if you were going to get a performance bonus and you get sick on top of them not paying you they take away the bonuses due to you. There is no pension fund benefits honestly this is a modern day sweat shop

Challenging. Always thinking mode. Finding ways to excel everyday.

I developed my analytical and soft skills working with WNS Global Services as i was working in the market research and analysis department. It was a good experience to interact with clients from all over Europe. The team was very fun loving and every week we used to go out for dinner or movies. Overall i had really productive days working with WNS.

Aside from below average salary compares to industry standards you cannot complain of your time schedule since it is a day shift account. It is still target based like any other call centers but a bit lenient on certain metrics like absences. Some bosses are nice. You will have lots of friends there.

Relocation options available to multiple countries.

Basic pay does not match the amount of work that we have to put in.
I had good team leaders though that were supportive.
little room for growth and promotions don't go according to merit, just favouritism.

It is a 40hr work week. Fun and easy account. Management or scheduling is the worst. Ambience, so so. Hardest part is work schedule. Enjoyable is perks
