What is the best part of working at the company?
Most of the staff are awesome to work with and exceptional  at what they do. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very little orientation; your just thrown in and expected to figure it out. Also you are required to find your own substitute if you need a day or get sick. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Can be difficult to get to know fellow staff from different areas of the school. Lots of different schools of thought, pardon the pun; with in the EA culture. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Days usually fly by if you are engaged with the kids and stay busy. Of course it’s a school and some days are just chaos!!

Working at Wolf Creek School Division was a great. They division always welcomed ways to improve or add to the curriculum's been taught. I  learned a lot working at Wolf Creek I had the opportunity of working with many different aged children from Kindergarten to High School each grade was special. The staff were always willing to help each other no matter what it was. If they didn't know how to do something they were eager to learn. All in all my experience as an Education Assistant was very rewarding.

Great school division to work for.  It is large enough for lots of opportunity,  but small enough that it feels like a large team. The leadership team at central office is especially supportive and  they take the time to get to know its employees and are great for accessing program support. Like all teaching jobs,  the work load is heavy but the people make it worth while.

Working with great co workers your day is all about safely moving children from home to school and back again. The kids are amazing and fun, they will make you laugh every single day
Highly recommend driving school bus!

My time (16 years) at Wolf Creek was mostly a positive time. Made many lasting friendships. Skills were constantly updated. Mostly supportive to the support staff.

the school district promised moves with in wolfcreek  if an educational assistant was laid off due to funding. these promises never happened. the pay is low, hours are cut every year. 

A good professional development. Health and wellness initiatives and development.  Interest in student success and engagement planning for the future.

Loved working for the creek, great summer job on the grass crew for any university student. It is a very great work environment and the hours are fantastic for a summer job. 

The team at Wolfcreek School Division are very welcoming and collaborative. Everyone is willing to help resolve challenges with no hesitation.Open door policy allows for open communication.
