Worked mostly at the Ingersol home the staff throughout the whole building were amazing to work with.

It’s a great environment to work in and the culture is very mixed work together as a team and you’ll fit right in. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast paced and meaningful. The longer your there the more you get to know the wonderful residents

The money is amazing . Lovely staff. Medical supplies readily available to complete tasks

Staff work all shifts and different units. It’s new everyday . You don’t get to know the likes and dislikes of residents

I find Work environment is awesome 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I work nights and my shift is busy. A nurse can always find something to do.

Wonderful and rewarding facility to work at. Very busy shift never a boring day. Difficult part of the job is when I am not able to meet my patient needs. The enjoyable part of my job is putting a smile on my patient face because I was able to provide their needs.

Woodingford Lodge is a fast paced enviornment.The staff and like a big family.The part time staff do not get benefits which would be helpful. They are fair with holidays as people take turns working them. They expect top quality P.S.W.s but pay well to have them. Zero abuse policy and very strict with apperance.I would highly recommend working here.

Nothing, they don’t respect their employees and ft staff are Bully’s

Working short, or working with clicky staff that won’t help you 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Clicky, disrespectful, uncaring management and some nursing staff

The residents were great, friendly, as for the PSW's rude and didn't care about other co workers, very disrespectful to other co workers, not enough hours, their would be times I would go a week at a time without working

I did my clinical placement at this company, and the staff I work with, including my preceptor, are exceptional at their work. The workplace is fast-paced and can be slow at the same time. Staff work as a team, and it is an inclusive environment. 

An excellent working environment for self-growth. With an extraordinary team of staff that are truly dedicated to their roles, and the countless friendly residents that you encounter on the job, it is definitely an enlightening experience.

Work here if you'd like your boss to have a boss to have a boss. Everyone seems to have someone they need to report too and no one knows who is really doing what. Only pro is the pay. Other then that, no point in working it. Very high staff turn over.
