What is the best part of working at the company?
Excellent benefit package, pension, good management.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High demand jobs, lots of reporting required.  I worked for SafeWork Manitoba, and the management there was excellent.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I found it to be very supportive, collaborative and friendly.  Lots of celebrations and small recognitions

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typically quite busy.  Lots of meetings regarding projects.

Used to be a good place to work,  not anymore. No wage increases in years ( or so small it is peanuts after taxes). Work from home program very limited compared to similar employers. Senior  staff leaving and increasing turnover of newer staff. Leadership newer, non existent or have no idea what staff do. Upper management and HR group do NOT deal with harassment appropriately further victimizing staff who come forward. 

I started out in a unionized position, but then decided to take a management position out of scope.  I ended up working for a director who had no work for me and that's what happens when you're out of scope.  You have no more opportunities.

Accuracy and speed are one of the most important aspects of the job - It could not be different as people rely on the benefits to meet their monthly obligations. 

Very intuitive and easy once you get practice (which usually happens during the second week of training)



I have worked at indeed for 2 plus years, Had an absolute blast at WCB, highly recommend. Management can be okay at times, can definitely play favorites. Overall, the culture is great a lot of people at the company want to make sure their employees are happy

Company culture was very friendly with nice staff to provide information.  Worked here for only a short period of time but enjoyed my time here.  Daily activities were very manageable.

depends on the area you are working. Culture may be ok for some but not others. 
benefits are great, good people there. relax environment, less stress but can be challenging depending on your area

Good employer in terms of providing excellent employee benefits and compensation. No wonder employees stay and only leave for their retirement. Happy to be here.

Great place for contract work. People there are nice. Very family oriented company. Good pay. 50 CAD an hour. There are some corporate bureaucracy in projects.

Overly political atmosphere, incompetent CEO, toxic work environment.  I worked there for many years, and found that there was no interest in true improvement or innovation.
