You will work when they feel like giving anything to do, you constantly have to speak with dispatch to see what work is coming up and if they need staff. The supervisors and spreads all have their favorites, and try to keep their crew sizes small as to not eat to much into their bonus's, so don't expect to be thrown onto a job unless your someone's friend, desperately needed  or you make it as a full time crew member. They have a lot of personnel that are "just there for a check", claim they care about their job but can't clean up their litter/equipment at the end of the day, show up for morning safety meetings on time, or show up fit for work. Good work ethic is not rewarded, so don't waste your time trying to impress anyone.

The other hard workers that understand the dynamic.

Not knowing what you are doing or who you are working with from project to project.

Stressful. And u feel like ur just a number and easily replaceable. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get there, do the meeting - no real safety talk or preventative injury discussion. Get ur job that day and just get it done.

Yard work is decent organized and clean shop

Not enough units to drive everyone home

Some workers make up stories about others being unsafe when they want a excuse to throw you under the bus

Is usually a busy day, always something to do

Great place to be if your between jobs and just looking for some fill in work. Low rate of pay unless your someones friend or family, Boom or bust work environment, either your working for long periods of time or your sitting for weeks or months until you work again.

They really care about their people, free PPE after you work a while, all new trucks and equipment and if ya work hard they keep ya busy. 17 and 4 shifts are a bonus.  you can have a life outside work

Was a supportive and inclusive work environment. Lots of great people to work with, had a lot of fun. Expect to be very busy during winter months and bored during spring breakup. 

Worked here in the summer. Good hours and decent work life balance for oilfield work.  Pays decent. Safety is good, although I can't say anything about other crews as I didn't work with all of them and like every company its dependent on the crew.  

Our jobs are organized and are executed in a profeesional manner. The people all work together as a team.There are no shortage of tools and if you need something they purchase it with out question.

Just stay away unless you golf with the management , or are related in some way. They   have a very wide wage difference and some people can do no wrong while others get in trouble for the same thing. 

Love working here i know most of the guys and crews love the new adventures everyday it was a new experience. The job itself is awesome don't ever be afraid to ask questions
