Wrigley Canada is an enjoyable place to work. A typical day would be an 8:45am start and wrapping up by 5pm. Meetings are a part of each day with most desk work happening in the afternoon.

Co-workers are knowledgeable but moving in and out of the company about every three years. Employees seem busy and not that easy to build work related relationships. There is a cafe on site so lunch on site is possible.

The head office location can be a traffic zone in the morning and if you live in the west end of the GTA prepare for a tough ride to work. The senior management is great but some middle management are stuck in their ways and not open to new ideas or change. This is the reason employees move in and out of the company so often.

Wrigley is owned by Mars. Wrigley is not the same working environment as Mars but there is that association. If you FIT the Wrigley mold you will enjoy the company, if not it will be an excellent 3 year learning experience that will help you in your next role.

It was a nice place to work,safe environment and the people around you are nice as well.I learned my job through the help of my colleagues and also thru training and responsibilities given or assigned to us.Challenges always occurs everyday but made easy and doable with the advises and concern of the management.
The most enjoyable part of the job is when you are excited to go to work because of the people you are working with are all nice and accomodating as well as the management.
It was a blessing that i was a part of the company because i learned a lot fro them.

Always clean and well organized work place. Excellent cafeteria with free breakfast and lunch. Recreational hall with billiard and table tennis.
Lots of benefits based on production and end of year bonuses. The management often surprises one on your birthday with special cakes etc.
Uniform are cleaned every three day. Sponsored educational programs for employee development.
Indeed Wrigley is a place to work if one needs to grow.

We always work as a team and willing to share each others knowledge and expertise on our different fields. Meeting our targets and company's expectations are our main concerns, but with the dedication of every associates and with the  support of the management we could produce and deliver our products with high quality standards and committing ourselves to safety for the company and to our families.

My 13 years of job experience in Wrigley Canada gave me knowledge in manufacturing, challenges in my daily work activities which prioritized safety and quality, I learned and gained some training in different aspect of my job (i.e. being a forklift operator).

A pride to work in a world class company.  I gained enough work experience using the latest instruments available in the market. They welcomed my suggestions during open dialogues/meetings and valued unlimited potentials of employees. Found a lot of friends-for-life.

Wrigley Canada started in Toronto in 1903 and enriched all their employees lives throughout the good times in the economy as well as the downturns.

Canada lost a great pillar in the manufacturing sector.

The most enjoyable part of the day is having a fun day at work with a very productive, proactive and engaged associates..

Great place to work, unfortunately the plant is closing next year. The  associates have great work ethics.
