Bad company to work for. Upper management is only worried about stock prices and eating lunch at 5 star restaurants. They do not provide appropriate training for any of thier products, but expect you to know how thier standards are complied with. And yet have no documentation to show what the standard is. Poor decision making, and not listening to the customer seems to be business as usual. When you try to talk to upper management about ethical decisions that effect the customer product, you get lectured about stock prices. Its surprising how this company continues to function. If you have good work ethics, drive to provide a quality product, or  any intelligence at all you would work somewhere else....

Company has been totally revamped! It a very enjoyable place to work!

Growing equally, personally, with company!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very respectful and chill, everyone gets along

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start work with morning meeting, communicate with supervisor, and do your job, while being able to communicate issues at hand.

Where we were once over 150 strong AND HAPPY, it's now down to a handful of people.  Lost LOTS of great talent, and just kept getting lied to by upper management that "We're all ok, we're  a unique company that won't be shutting down".  Well It IS shutting down, in fact place is for sale.  If you want a future, DON'T apply here.

No strass in all. Working in barn under trian.

Focus in safety and work proper abutments 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Product the best way and save way work

Altogether a new type of work experience whilst working on LFLR transit vehicles, aligning installing testing and adjusting vehicle's passenger doors, correcting malfunctions of the door and updating software on control panel-boxes.

I loved working there but they need to give a bigger budget for their field service team. A few people had to get let go due to the fact that they just didn’t want to spend that much on the team. This forces some of the staff to pick up the extra slack

Extremally repetitive work days where you will be working on the same things task day in and day out for months, if you are lucky enough to get your contract extended.

Fast paced hot environment.
Learned how to meet daily deadlines.
Always willing to listen to any questions.
Met alot of nice caring people.
Dusty hot work envirnment.
Satisfaction of meeting the daily quota.

No opportunity for advancement, supervisor doesn't seem to know much about supervising people. Just a worker, that's it. Wouldn't recommend working here, no job stability/security. 

Lots of interesting work on various projects, number of active project does vary with industry cycle. Company with worldwide reach so opportunities do exist locally and internationally for advancement.
