Owner is a misogynistic tyrant, who gets a kick out of not paying his AP instead spending 100's of thousands on new equipment making every small to large vendor wait & wait & wait to get paid. I don't know anyone who enjoys their job there. Lots of shady, slight of hand/off the books stuff with the owner. You will be expected to complete tasks for owners other holding companies as well. Which are never ending, daily disruptions that interfere with the job you thought you were hired to do. Toxic workplace.

Work in the office is fast paced and people are knowledgeable and willing to train and teach new employees. A real team environment. Everyone has knowledge and helps out with both the tendering and project management cycles. Everyone in the office supports the field operations and helps to contribute to the success of every project.

This is not the Wacor of ole. You are paid fairly and your work is appreciated. Yes, overtime is paid! Great site mentoring and leadership, new and fresh ideas are welcomed and you’re not degraded. I wouldn’t have recommended this place in the past but definitely would now and going forward. I work local and no need to fly out or be a number somewhere else. You can thrive and be a leader here now, I just work and it seems to be working out.



No overtime equipment is sketchy at best. Work environment is not so good.managment does not have a good handle on problems. Drivers are not appreciated in any way . Supervisors have no freedom to manage just puppets and yes men. Safety is talked about but nothing is done with problems. No kind of seniority whoever is in the owners good books work others not so much.

Low pay and old trucks along with a grumpy bosses. Trucks always breaking down. Owners kit having a great day so he takes it out on the new guys on almost a daily basis

They dont pay overtime, and you redo work 2 or 3 times because they have foreman that yell and drive around all day. 
Id rather work for minimum wage then work for wacor
