The commute to get there. Rush hour traffic is a downer.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Most days are fairly straight forward. Occasionally a customer has a machine down situation that needs to be repaired quickly but usually the work is planned ahead.

Recent change in ERP system with many problems, and now CFO of 5 years was recently terminated. Old style mentality and processes need to change, but no one listens. Need proper structure and processes in place ASAP.    They have huge customers with specific needs, but administrative problems surrounding invoicing needs immediate attention if they want to keep customers happy. They have grown FAST but staffing in the corporate office is small, and can not keep up.

My experience with this employer has been positive. The team is supportive, management is approachable, and the work‑life balance is excellent. There are good opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow early in your career. The culture is welcoming, colleagues are friendly, and hard work is recognized. While some processes could be more structured, the company is moving in a positive direction and is open to feedback. Overall, it’s a solid place to work with strong potential.

Everybody here wants you to succeed, and will help in any way they can. The only down side is that some positions are brand new, and take time to implement, so you may be doing something totally different until the position is ready. Overall, good people, good management, but be ready to contribute in ways other than what you are hired for possibly.

*Designing and sizing hydraulic and pneumatic power units for industrial and mobile applications.

*Pricing the components from over than 100 vendors in Canada and U.S.A

*Preparing customer quotations.

*Creating 2D AND 3D models for the power units and the hydraulic schematics.

*Supervising the manufacturing and installation process with shop technicians.

*Follow up with customers.

Working for Wainbee has been a positive experience from Management to co-workers everyone is kind and professional. Like the customers, employees are treated with the utmost respect. Wainbee is dedicated to its employees and care about their well being.  They provide resources to learn and grow to further career advancement.

Overall a great place to work. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. They treat you like a person, not an employee. You can see that there is a lot of passion in this company and that's important to me. We all work hard toward a goal and as long as we continue to do that, we will continue to thrive. 

Good bunch of people until the new CEO started. Then people began resigning.
