What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
As an engineer, there were no engineering tasks available. The company was all about supply chain and marketing.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The working environment was friendly. Although the majority of the company's business was with the US and out of Quebec, you had to speak French for any promotion.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Normally, I needed to set a table for the company's products for the visitors in the demo room. Also, I needed to devise experiments for testing the company's product and benchmark the product.

Management focus is money, employees are tools for them! Lies and lack of integrity is common among management. You will be pushed to work overtime and sometime overnight but no recognition will come to you. Do not expect support from them when needed and don't challenge them because what matters really is you doing what they say without thinking. Management will takes credit for your hard work but won't hesitate to blame you when things are not working. There is no team culture but more bad mouthing, pointing fingers and blaming  among employees just to keep their job. Worst experience ever!!!

Covered a large territory from Red Deer to Medicine Hat, (Southern Alberta). Worked as a team with 14 other technicians across Canada providing excellent customer service to grow a start up company.  Company was based out of Montreal and had a weekly conference call meeting with management and co-workers. The hardest part of the job was the extensive driving. At the same time, it was the most enjoyable part of the job, seeing a lot of Southern Alberta.

Management is somewhat toxic. No support from the team. Some bad manager would ask for results without acknowledging the workload is overwhelming even if they were told to their face. They would also blame their subordinates even if the mistake was because they didn't do their due diligence themselves. Overall an ok place for desperate job seekers.

Overall the company is a great place to work. Good people, great work benefits and a great facility. The company went through a sales in 2018 and is currently in a shifting culture - IMO - being poorly manged by the management team.

Very stressful environment,coworkers do not care if company moves forward.Burnout is a daily routine.
Safety is not followed by some coworkers.my job was to pick and prepare orders also use forklift but very stressful because time lines.

Nothing at all. Very toxic work environment

Very toxic and disrespectful unfortunately

The company was acquired in 2018 and since has been growing quickly. It is a good place to work if you are looking for increased responsibility. Always a new project in the pipeline

Manager is the father receptionist is the mother production employee is the brother assistant manager is a relatives the receiver of item is a father of assistant  manager, low rate of salary increase ,lack of management.

They fired everyone in division that was service . The place is a joke and so sad they treated us all like they did as we worked hard trying to make the customers happy but they would say never got straight answers from head office . Run fast
