What is there to say?  There is no loyalty or trust with this company to its employees.  Example is they have security cameras used to watch staff.  Management skills are limited here.  Fly by the seat of their pants management style often talking with other Daimler dealers to find out what they should be doing rather than running their own business.  Management will praise a worker one day and fire them the next (seen it many times), so people are on edge at the idea they could get fired without reason or just cause.  Makes for a stressful atmosphere. 
 Promotions are not based at all on work performance.  No accountability.  Staff favorites are given special treatment despite often being the cause many of the problems.  Pay is decent depending who you are but benefits you are forced to accept are about the most expensive you will ever pay for and likely for less coverage.  Not uncommon for them to not pay you for overtime worked.  Every employee will work by their own rules.  You may have a job title but that does not mean that is the job you will be doing.  Be ready for anything.  No consistency.  Far from an open door company as everything is a secret and you never know what is happening from one day to the next.  Policies can change from one rule one day to opposite the next and back again a week later.  Very indecisive and inconsistent.  

I worked at the Winnipeg location. It has the potential of being a good place to work. If management took the time to develop proper processes and procedures..

Warner needs to develop a formal training program for the new hires in the sales department and properly prepare to launch new products. I found that they lacked in both of these areas which prevented proper success for employees.

I also found that they were more worried about the cleanliness of a truck more then what was going on in the business. Which kept everyone walking on eggshells.

Fair Wages, Excellent Benefits & Excellent Personnel. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Handling poor road conditions at times though they are mostly good.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very Good & easy going. Everyone is friendly.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go through the office say a few good morning hellos, daily bus circle check, drive students to and from school and in charters, return bus to barn/office and go home.

I work part-time at Warner. That is a start of one good thing. Part time work when I'm away from my other job. The manager is good. The guys on the floor are good. It's always a good time when I am their. Safety is good. Shop tooling is better then most truck shops I have worked. Never pushed to get a job done. U do ur job safely if u need help ask. U can ask anyone for help. 

I go to work at 7:30 and start at 8 my day was getting parts for techs and serving customers.
I learned service writing parts suppliers and a general knowledge of semi trucks.
Coworkers were always willing to help if I needed it.
Just learning there system as I am very mechanically inclined.
just going to work every day and learning new things and different challenges.

Job security was never a question. Everyone there was willing to help at anytime you need it if they couldn’t help they would find some to help. Managers counter staff and technicians were friendly with knowledge of there jobs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to work for or or have work done by. If I’m ever in Regina I would work them again.

I Drove here for 6-7months only, Its not a balance company they are all the same kind, i feel often being watched and also they would tell other drivers that i usually talk to to Drive Uber and Skip the Dishes, Its a joke of a company I wouldn't Drive school bus yet if they can't train properly or change their people..

Service advisors have very poor attitudes work is very slow management promise stuff and does not happen , very bad attitude of coworkers go sick and nothing happens. Good good job for people looking to laze  around
