Always urging to get set tasks done in a day if they are possible or not to meet deadlines.

Foreman on days needs better People skills.
numerous occasions of the Foreman yelling at employees even if he doesn't know what is going on, or when they are trying to help progress a job or even if the employee Caught something wrong.

Foreman on Nights is New.
Foreman on Nights just had a switch at the end of the summer.

Day shift or Night shift are both optional.
Seen employees go from Nights to days and employees from days to nights, Looks like there will always be a Night Shift.

No Long term Benefits.
Could be Brand new to the Company or have been with them for 10 years, Could do your Job extremely well, verse someone who doesn't know how to preform a task. Pay will always be the same no matter what you have for certifications or how much time you put into the company.

Tight Deadlines.
Company gets jobs Back to Back that fills the entire shop, sometimes getting brand new jobs in that have less then a week to complete in which weekend shifts are strongly pressured into you.

Company does have lots of work, and Overtime is there.

Pretty much yelled at for everything you do. Supervisor is more interested in his ego then actually knowing anything about what hes yelling at you for nor does he care. Its made very clear when your hired that everyone makes the same no matter how long youve been there etc. 
You will be called names and literally treated like your are stupid. No matter how hard you work it will never be good enough unless you are one of the favourites or buddies.  Then when they dont work everyone else gets yelled at and threatened because the bosses turn a blind eye. 
Literally the WORST place to work

PTW who own Warwick & Tarpon have NO IDEA how to treat their employees.  They are the poster child for how NOT to keep your employees engaged, connected and wanting to come to work everyday.  Contradictory management talk, total lack of communication on keeping employees informed - take 5% salary cut a couple years ago and STILL waiting for this back!  No raises, no bonus, no Christmas acknowledgement means no happy employees!  Many are starting to look elsewhere.... karma is going to bite this Company in their ??  very soon.

Stay away, far far far away from this soul sucking Company.  Go and flip burgers or dig graves ..... you'll be much more fulfilled.

Come into work, clean up my work area as fast as I could, because day shift always left it a mess. Get to work on whatever I was assigned to. Help out fellow co-workers with some of there tasks if they didn't understand or needed two or more people for the job. Would carry in/out oil skids by crane to be painted or if already painted. Would be asked to help out painters, while I was working on my task at hand and helping others in the the shop. Usually would be asked to stay for overtime to help out on projects that were behind, 50% to 70% of the time I would stay. Last 15 to 20 minutes of work shift I would up my work area, then punch out and go home.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.  They do not care about you whatsoever as they feel you can be easily replaced.  It wasn't a bad place to work at first because it was busy.  They make you feel important when its busy.  But as soon as it slows down you are pretty much worthless to them.  As well, the pay sucks, there is no room for advancement and they do not care about your wellbeing as they have you working in all kinds of unsafe conditions.  My advice, no matter what you do be it trade or office work...STAY AWAY!!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing what so ever, poor management, poor work environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having to show up for your shift.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible environment, your treated like your less then a employee number.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sadness and anger followed by depression.

Great people to work with for the most part, but no job security if things get tough for company such as recession. Very busy for the welders and QC keeps busy in the course of a day. Multicultural staffed. Can be stressful place sometimes but as a rule pretty good place to work.

Management was abusive and fear-based. You had to guess the mood of the plant supervisor. There was never an opportunity to learn from a mistake. You weren't allowed to work with an apprentice and teach them where they went wrong.

id rather get a prostate exam then work for these pricks again. Safety is an after thought. I’ve never seen a culture of guys getting screamed at on the daily. Lead hands are a joke and abusive. Starts from the top down.

Early morning starts, daily inspection of equipment, pre-job hazard assessments, individual and team based work environment.
Very safety based work environment
Unpredictable work schedule, in town and out of town.
Seeing a building completed and sent to site up north.
