A typical day starts at 8:00 am till 4:00pm. 
Excellent support from management to improve existing HSE management system.
Trained as Large Business Internal COR Auditor and prepared the organization to successfully achieve COR certification.
Hardest part of job is to convince workers to accept changes in the safety management system.
Having full autonomy and support from the top management, and having successfully attained CRSP certification were certainly the enjoyable part of my job as EHS Manager.

Was sad when our company lost the contract and was laid off. Will miss working there and the people I met. It was a challenge dealing with customers on a daily basis. I learned how to be a great multitakser and how to deal with angry customers very well

I enjoyed my employment there everyone was really nice and easy to talk to got payed on time lots of parking the job I did was me and a team going up and down the hill collecting garbage from the hill not always easy work but with everyone being so  nice it made it easy

Great place to work with good team members, management was great to work with. Listened to ideas and gave great advice to succeed in the work place no matter what position you may have held.

Enjoyed my time. Union was very disappointing.  Did not stand up for their people. We had an amazing manager and I will be forever greatful for all the opportunities  that were given to me because of her.

Great salary and benefits.  Good opportunities for advancement/training.  Learned lots from both senior and junior co-workers.  100+ employees like a family.  Started as a computer tech. and learned to operate heavy equipment.

a great work place with great people and management. awesome pay rate for positions held. wastech was shut down due to Vancouvers   not to send waist to Cache Creek, would go back if they re open

Good money. Great friends. May be a basis for a book some day. Getting into the company at its formation and seeing it through to the end was a riot. Read the book (Friends, Idiots, and Co-workers) when it comes out.

Horrible work environment with extreme micromanaging. Turn over rate is through the roof due to management. Company treats staff horribly. Unpleasant place to work! Do not recommend!  

Always lots to do, everyone willing to help where they can. Growing team, full of support and opportunity. Learning and training opportunities available.  Good benefits.
