I have learned to be extremely organized with giving out information and preparing for any tests or services that may be required by the Insurance Company. To be extremely detailed and provide quality insurance regarding signatures and information given. The hardest part is at times the travelling in rural areas. The most enjoyable is working independently. The people who work at this organization are extremely helpful and a great organization.

Work itself was frustrating at times, but that was the nature of the position. Healthcare facilities viewed us as a nuisance most of the time.

Management was great and provided opportunities to those who wanted them.

Workplace was fun and upbeat with a really great team environment.

Great Christmas party the year I was there!

Employees are pitted against each other. Anything said in confidence when trying to sort out issues are never kept confidential. Very negative toxic environment.  Management is immature and under qualified for their positions. There is no HR Department. Management picks favourites and are given special privileges over other employees.

lots of clients to see on a daily basis. meeting new people and doing medicals in there home for life insurance, making people feel comfortable with having blood work done is not and easy process.
and trying to leave the clients house hoping that they had a good experience.

Worked as independent which was nice and flexible.  Met a lot of nice people and visited different areas of York Region.

Enjoyed my time working for Watermark.  Only complaint was a lot of paperwork done on my own time, should have been either paid for it or paperwork should be completed by others.

While the job lasted it was a decent opportunity  to work from home. I enjoyed doing the bulk of the work from my home office. Unfortunately the position within the company is no longer available.

It was a great place to work, management and staff were a great bunch of people. Location was perfect with restaurants, and close to public transit if it was needed.  Parking was provided at no charge.

Good company boss was nice and fair
Hours were sometimes long
All in all it was a great company to work for
You got a lot of support with your co workers. They would sometimes have free lunch for the staff.  
The work was stressful but we would work as a team and get everything done.

Mainly I'm on the road meeting with clients. however the days i'm in the office, its fun with friendly people and productive. my main challenge was convincing management on budgets for marketing and sales.

Pretty good company to work for, for extra income and flexible hours. I was able to pick and choose where I would work and the training was very thorough. Also Lots of support whenever I had questions.
