Fantastic management!
The people are friendly and easy to talk to once they get to know you a little. Vary busy work place so it you are a hard worker and like to keep busy it is definitely a good place to work. There is often opportunity for overtime and there are two shifts Days and Afternoons, they don’t switch shifts each week so it makes it easy to plan life outside of work. If you want to learn different areas of production or have an interest in learning new skills  they are will to teach you. They try to plan as many employee appreciation event as they can. Overall a great place to work 


I will admit that the training is pretty non existent.  Although if you can swing a hammer and know the difference between a 2 by 6 and a 2 by 4 then you will do fine. Like every other work place the people take a bit to talk to new guys. They are a good bunch to work with once they know you are sticking around. Pretty easy going supervisors for the most part. If u come to work on time and do your work you will be all good.

Work ethic needs fixing, older workers need a speaking to about handing work loads off to newer employees. Proper training for the jobs.

The pay is good and the hours consistent which is nice BUT working in all types of weather with forklifts breaking down often and heaters/fans doing next to nothing is a big draw back.

Everyday at Watford Roof Truss is different, which is good for someone who gets bored easily. Group of guys are nice and easy to get along with. Super busy so getting lots of overtime which is a bonus. The managers and HR are good at making us feel valued with staff events and checking in with how we are doing. Also, Watford is taking COVID-19 seriously and ensuring sanitizing and other things are in place. Overall, a nice place to work. 

Mangement protects supervisors that scream and swear like children having a tantrum punching and kicking the wall and equipment long hours of hard work for little pay and little time off

worked there for about a year but didnt like driving from sarnia to make $16 an hour so i stopped working there. the people there are pretty relaxed people and didnt mind working with them

Great place. Great guys, work is easy if you want to work. Low pay tho to start. Supervisors are easy going, like to laugh and have a good time. Lots of pressure from front office

fun fast paced work enviorment , physical work so it kept you in shape, training of new employees could  be alot better  but instead they expect you to know everything  right away

Don't ever work for this company.
Worse company ever.
They don't care about your safety, or health.
They don't give to enough time to learn.
Run away from roof truss.

All true and yes run very far away.

I believe watford roof truss is a great place to work and management treats the employees very well and I would recommend this job to anyone that can work hard.
