It was a good place to work for the most part, they just dont pay high enough wages in my opinion. Alot of great people, the customers were great to deal with once you get to know them. There are alot of ups and downs just don't work any harder than the next guy, it will not benefit you in the long run only everyone else haha. The work can be very intense and constant so don't overdue it. Good Luck. 

They where expecting you to be 100% up to speed in mater short of time, Im talking days here. Without a proper hands on training. This place has the worst savety awareness take in place. They don't even provide you a personal protective equipment. No doubt why I've heard a stories who got hospitalized on working here.

Simple easy job but not appreciated for the work you do. If you're related to the owners you will have a good pay but if not you will get the bare minimum. Raises are minimal and rare. Expected to not talk with coworkers and never stop moving.

Unorganized. No structure. Product quality is not great and they can’t even get it together to get product ordered months in advance out on time. No health and safety , and a terrible management and ownership. 100 percent not recommended.

Working at Wayne building products was an awesome experience. It was fast paced,it was all year around and the staff were really good to work with. The owner is laid back and really enjoyed working there

- workers were not sociable
- learned to operate machines for soffits
-management was good 
- I would still be there but could not handle the attitude of the
 co-workers

From day one I was made to feel part of the team. Amazing co-workers that just making coming to work that much more enjoyable.  Management is always encouraging and positive when communicating with us.



The management system was very good and it exposed me to warehousing system (WMS) which makes me an expert and innovative team player when it concerns warehouse shipping and receiving in its entirety

I highly recommend that people stay away from this company!! Very poor safety, very poor management right from the top, lay people off with no severan
