Wazo is in it's first few years of business. Naturally there are kinks to work out and processes aren't completely streamlined yet. When joining this company you need to understand that it's not going to be cut and paste, there are a lot of places where improvement is needed but taking ownership of those changes gets recognition. Wanting to be part of a company in these growth phases takes patience and there will be frustrations along the way. This is where a 'do it yourself or it won't get done' mentality will thrive because everyone here wears multiple hats and will get their hands dirty when needed.

It's not for everyone, and Wazo is working hard to find the right people who enjoy this type of environment. Wazo isn't for people who don't like change, fast paced work, and owning your work end to end.





I worked there as a manager, the leadership is random, haphazard and has no definable plan beyond whatever mood they’re in at the moment. Basic things like standards for safety, security and employee infrastructure take a backseat to production and politics to the level of the environment being toxic and extremely stressful while providing no tangible support. There’s a reason they have had massive turnover and it’s mainly because they see their staff as expendable resources to achieve their goal of profits.

It is heavy and hard to work at wazo but I like it.  Unfortunately I don’t get any kind of recognition for what I do. My mistake are highlighted constantly. My experience from other industries are worth nothing. I proposed  many things that were rejected in the beginning by my manager but later on implemented. Wazo is relatively a young company that offers lots of opportunities and challenges as well. 

The people who run this company are terrible. They dont seem to know what they are doing. They order inventory even when the warehouse is already beyond full capacity. The isles are way too narrow that even a pump truck cannot fit. Even the rackings are blocked so when we have to get items atop the racks we cannot use a forklift. Sometimes we have to walk on top the racks just to get what we need. I could say many more things but to make it short, dont work for this company.

The job It self is not stressful at all, but the owners and managers are so needy and disrespectful, I was the best sales person they had and they still treated me like I was an underground employee, the pay is never enough, they tell you you will be paid base salary+commission but the truth is it's only base salary, they never listen, they don't care about their employees and either their customers for that matter

The work was good. The amount of work was reasonable. The company itself doesn’t really have any leadership. The upper management is unreliable and I wouldn’t put trust or faith in what they say. 

This is probably one of the best organization you could ask for when it comes to career growth within the organization. Wazo furniture store helps me in many ways in terms of career growth and personal enhancement. The culture and the work environment is something that makes me to come work everyday and keep me motivated!!!

Working at Wazo has been a good experience for me, my team is great! Everyone I've met treated me with respect and they've been so helpful and welcoming making me feel at home. The job has been challenging for me but also rewarding if you put effort and dedication.

The highest turnover rate I have ever seen in any company. There is no structure, processes are changed every other day. The culture is at the lowest you will ever experienced. Do your research before you shop!!! Shady!!!

I have just recently started working at Wazo Furniture and it is a Safe, Fun, fast paced work environment with lots of respectable people. The hours are perfect for my everyday schedule and the salary is perfect for comfortable living.
