Miracles refer to difficult tasks completed by a divine agency. Some may never encounter such a divine presence, but some will. We Planet Earth is an agency vying to help eradicate starvation, malnourishment, polluted oceans, and an impending climate crisis amongst other issues which plague the modern world. The work that is done, and the things accomplished with this organization are nothing short of miraculous.

Miracles are believed to be governed by energy and intervention. At We Planet Earth, nothing but positive energy is radiated in all directions. The atmosphere that surrounds the professionals who work within the company is heavily saturated with love and a willingness to make a difference.

Every single day is an opportunity to help fundamentally change our world. All of our wonderful, driven, ambitious, and beautiful staff make it their personal mission and mandate to help improve the world one step at a time. The change that you get to help create as an agent with this company is truly monumental.

Drawing from personal experience, I can honestly say that I love We Planet Earth. Since I've started with this company, I have seen my perceptions change and my perspectives shift. Every day provides refreshment and renewal for the heart, mind, and soul. I can assure you that you will go home every night feeling full of life and purpose. This job has revived my purpose and has shown me the importance of philanthropy.

You know, it is heart breaking to see the world in such a state of despair. Oppositely, it is heart warming to see a company like We Planet Earth directly intervene with the problems that ail our world.

Anyone should want to work for this organization. I mean, a person only has so many resources, so why not use them in the most efficient way possible. Every day you would be helping to resolve problems that prohibit our growth as the human race. Everyday you would be helping small and large miracles happen. Everyday you could say " yes, I have helped to make the world a better place". Those things are truly incredible. The work that is done at We Planet Earth hinges on the premise of philanthropy, fair treatment, and making our living experience the best one possible.

We Planet Earth is transformational, out-of-the-box different, innovative, other worldly, positively influential, and above all else they are a divine agency creating real world change that can be witnessed on the largest scale.

Having worked at We Planet Earth for several years, I can confidently say that it is more than just a company. It is a transformative journey, a beacon of change, and a force of good that has profoundly shaped my life and outlook.

From the onset, I was drawn to the company's mission of innovating better methods for charity fundraising campaigns. As a fundraiser, I had the opportunity to actively participate in a variety of initiatives, ranging from canvassing neighborhoods and street fundraising to setting up kiosks in malls​. I felt my efforts were making a tangible difference, and it was heartening to see our work benefiting important charities worldwide​​.

One of the most rewarding aspects of working at We Planet Earth is the sense of community and camaraderie. This is not just a workplace; it's a family where everyone supports and encourages each other. I've met inspiring people and forged relationships that I'll cherish for a lifetime.

But perhaps the most significant impact of working here is the personal growth and development I've experienced. Superhero movies were always my favourite movies. I loved how ordinary people did extraordinary things. When we watch these films (Wonder Woman, Batman, Spider-Man, etc.), we think as though superheroes are not part of real-life, and exist only in films. The truth is, superheroes are very real. I never really knew this before working alongside We Planet Earth. 

People not only want to be part of a well-run company, but also a company that makes the world a better place, each day. We Planet Earth is that company. 

Each day I go to work knowing that my work will make a significant difference in the lives of the less fortunate. Growing up in Canada I’ve always been aware of my privilege. I’ve always asked those tough questions: 

“How can I use my privilege to help others? How can I transfer my privilege to the less privileged? Where does making a true difference even start?”. 

As children, we never truly know how this can be done on a large scale. How can we actually help others? Thankfully, We Planet Earth answers these questions, and answers them every single day. 

We Planet Earth is home of not only a professional & positive work-environment of like-minded individuals with the same goals, but also home of starting your journey to make that difference you’ve been wanting to make your whole life. Wether you’re just finishing high school or you’re already retired, We Planet Earth allows you to change the lives of the less-fortunate, day-after-day. 

We Planet Earth is truly a life-changing experience that has taught me not only how to be a good businessman, but an even better person. We Planet Earth turned me into an even more caring, kind, warm-hearted person by working alongside a company that has good morals, and even better people. Together we lift each other up. 

I owe my success to We Planet Earth, I owe my kind heart to We Planet Earth, I owe my business-skills to We Planet Earth. 

It is clear to me that We Planet Earth will be the company I stay with for a very long time. Tomorrow I will go to work once more and save even more lives, and I thank We Planet Earth for that.

-Terrible & rude management. 
-They do not pay you for 3 weeks. 
-You do not get paid for "training" (basically day of observation, as the next day you work you're on your own).
-They make big promises and make it sound incredible, however, they are misleading and dishonest. 
-They add new rules everyday and make bonuses almost impossible to achieve. 

-You work overtime and they don't pay you for it. It says you'll work from 12pm-8pm but it's more like 11:30am-9:30pm and you only get paid for 7hrs.

-If you have a car and you're a "driver" it's even worse for you, because they will not only disrespect you by slamming the doors and leaving garbage in your car, they will also take full advantage of you by rudely bossing you around, and keep telling you that you get 10$/day for driving, but that doesn't even cover gas.

-You have to pay to use the tablet which is necessary for the job.
-You need data for this job.
-It is 100% sales, door to door...if people don't want to donate management tells you to "handle" the objections people give you, you basically have to be pushy...it's exhausting and miserable.

-They will tell you that you've been chosen 1/100 applicants but that's not true, they do this to make you want to work there because they need you. People quit and get fired and hired almost everyday with this company, the turnover rate is very high!

Upon working here, they made me write a positive review becasue people werent showing up to interviews. So a lot of the reviews are done by current employees because they literally have to give a positive review. They pay really well, but personally I felt bad getting paid so well when it could go to the charity I am fundraising for. It made me realize how much of a business charities are and just didn't fit with my personal morals and values. They taught us to lie about our salaries and financial accountability if we were asked by donors which made me really uncomfortable. The management also played favourites really badly. They also don't take taxes off of your paycheque so you are on your own during tax season. They also have a pitch class every morning so you can practice all the objections we typically get. They really pressured you to keep asking someone who is saying no and to handle all of their objections which was hard for me personally to do because I felt like I was hounding them. If the roles were reversed and I was a potential donor I'd be pretty annoyed if I kept telling them why I cant donate and they just kept trying. Besides that, the people were really awesome and they were basically the only benefit!

We planet Earth (WPE) is a place that you would love working at . Why ?. Firstly, great work environment where all members are friendly and work hard in a professional way; which make you feel part of a big family where everyone wants to succeed together and not just as an individual person. Also, managers and leaders are always ready to provide help and advice at any time when you are in need. you are literally getting paid on a fix salary to walk and interact with people the whole day . And, with any donations that you get you are able to help saving the lives of so many people who are less fortunate and are suffering from different issues around the world . And, what’s great about this job with the more donations that you are able to get you are simply saving more lives which is the mean reason why we are out doing this (helping people) but you are also able to make extra money on your fix hourly wage by getting more donations. One small cons will be working under any type of weather(snow, rain, hot days) but every time when you remember why you are out doing this (helping people and saving their life) it’s seems like nothing .

I used to work with We Planet Earth, and it helped me with so many things. 

It taught me how to be a businessperson. 

If you cannot handle being professional, you will not succeed here (as we can see with any negative review ever written about We Planet Earth). 

We Planet Earth’s expectations are very high, you cannot be late, you need to make sales, and you have to be charity-friendly. 

We worked with the largest International charities in the world, and we needed to be professional, always. This taught me so much. I moved on from We Planet Earth, and without working here, I would have not been able to be successful in my current venture. I cherished the lessons I learnt, and absolutely loved Management. 

If you’re looking to be in a professional environment that does not accept any form of unprofessionalism, work here. It’s hard work, and you need to give it all your energy to be successful. If you have tendencies to slack, you’ll be let go. Only the best last. 

You’ll make a ton of money, and help a ton of people. We Planet Earth makes sense!

This job requires you to be competitive. The people are awesome, and will teach you how to succeed, you just need to be able to stick after it. 
Management is where its at, and it is very attainable.
The pay is determined by your abilities, if you want to make money, practice what is taught to you and you can very VERY easily make upwards of $30 an hour.
Bonuses are frequently avaliable and are only given to daily top preformers, however, there are also bonuses for creativity. Eg; best picture, best donor story, best interaction etc.


TLDR:
This place is a place for people with drive. Its a volume play, and the faster, and more clear you are with clients the faster you can move on to the next and make that $$$.
You only have to hit 5 basis points of donations per week, anything more is comission (on top of your base pay).
