Started with 10 hour shifts, which wasnt a problem and then they suddenly increased to 15 hour shifts. If the production was late and you didn't stay overtime to help, the bosses would make sure that your work environment would be toxic and unbearable. The bosses have no conception whatsoever on how long the production lines take and how physically demanding the job actually is. This job will mentally, physically and emotionally drain you. The pay is definitely not worth it. If you dont have a car don't even think of applying for night shifts. The bus stop is a 15min walk and it passes once every 1hour and your shift usually ends 15mins before the bus arrives, making you have to rush and run to catch your bus(in the winter its even worse) worst environment and workplace ive ever been to

Working at WeCook has been both dynamic and rewarding. As part of the marketing team I work at the satellite office in St-Henri, my days involve creative planning and analysis, with weekly visits to the Dorval factory for photo and video shoots.

The most challenging part is balancing fast-paced demands with maintaining quality, but it’s also fulfilling. The best part is working with a vibrant, dedicated team and contributing to the company’s steady growth and success.

They expect you to manage, cook and get the production to produce 8+ thousand plates per shift. You are just a number there, no formation, lack of benefits workloads are insane your back gets deteriorated in a matter of weeks working there is a total nightmare in any departments comments are disgusting about how these people treat workers! is totally insane. Owners don't see further than their gains and to make numbers you don't would never feel valuable there whatsoever.

Its just so sad that ive been dedicated my whole life to work here but they just terminate you without a good and valid reason!!! They dont have mercy even if you let them understand they dont care, beacuse they dont have feelings at all!!! i love Wecook so much but it turned upside down now! KARMA comes twice!!! To the person who terminated me i hope the best for you!NO CONSIDERATIONS! Bad, selfish company!!!!!!!!!

I have worked there for almost 9 to 10 months, still the hr team behavior is like that we don't know you..and just do what we tell you to do that's it. Like in short words i found the hr team very partial. When i told her i am leaving the job her behavior was like ok she don't care about why the old worker's are leaving or something might have happened, no nothing least bothered about there workers.

I recently joined the company and I have learned so much already. The team is extremely supportive, helpful and very sharp and focused. That said they also know how to relax and joke around. The location and building is also great, has free gym access and a pool. They also provide WeCook meals every time you're in the office. Management is flexible and understanding. Overall great place to work at.
