Every day had something a little different. Always a chance to learn something different about the equipment that the company built and repaired. Co-workers and management were great at answering questions concerning procedures, requirements of their position, which made going to work a pleasure. Chances to learn more has always been something I thrive on. Hardest part of the job was having people standing around watching you work and not offering to help. Enjoyed doing the best that I could on each and every job I was given to do.

Proper job culture. Oppennes for innovation. You could count on support from your manager if you bringing ideas for improvement. Open door policy. Your performance is the main source of your appraisal at the end of the year. The company will support you and even suggest taking additional training if needed.

Weatherford Amp scot is no longer operating though it was a fantastic learning experience. I would go back to a facility like this if I ever got the opportunity.

My position was over loaded.  In a typical day I would cover three roles - receptionist, ap clerk, payroll admin - which meant busy days and lots of work. I learned a great variety of things that I hope to take with me to a new job.

Perfect, pay was stellar and only had to work 4 days a week, tons of OT, an made heavy bank. If the recession didn’t hit in the summer or 2016 would still be working their. 

I enjoyed working there. Very professional and collaborative work environment. Your opinion is respected. Local management was interested in inovative solutions and out of the box thinking. 

Money was great, people were nice to work with.  Closed down and moved to Texas.  Set up documents and process controls were very [poor and difficult to follow.  Tooling was scattered all over the shop and difficult to locate

Busy with inventory and shipping receiving on a daily basis.
Daily Cycle counts were a big thing and very intensive.
The people I worked with were very knowledgeable and will to pass on their kinowledge

great benefit, good people. 
good company but financially not stable.(oil price effect)
I recommended.

when you have chance to work this place, work hard than they will recognize you.

They would throw surprise BBq's through out the year.  
also they would do fantastic Christmas parties with gifts.
the company was fair to their employee's and treated them with respect
