I would always condense the warehouse making room in the racking with Raymond Reach for new product its a large warehouse but a lot of product in the warehouse and Also making sure my add and remove sheets are correct for the spread sheets of locations in the computer. Filling needs before anything to make sure it is restocked in the location and brought to the ladies in packing to make sure the order got filled. I work my female supervisor that lets us always know a task to do since there always worked to be done. I also work with a younger man. We all work as a team to work fast and get product received and put away. The hardest part is console dating and making sure all the same product on skids are in the same area example 7-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-44, 45-49. Also using the regular propane and electric forklift to make sure skids are brought to certain area so Purolator can be brought back to our shipping dept. to be loaded on a trailer. The most enjoyable part of my job is working with amazing team and love Raymond reach so glad this company taught me that. I have previous 8 years experience with propane and electric forklifts. Also love stoking shelf for the other pickers in small Pick. Making everyone happy and working all as team gets the done job correctly.

This job was very enjoyable. I worked evening shift in the warehouse, anywhere from 3 - 11pm, mon - thursday. 
I worked sizing, sorting, and packaging masks during the pandemic. 
The managers were always so nice and understanding. Anytime something was brought up theyd address it instantly. Always made sure we had everything we needed to complete our job and were always super good with RTO, or if you needed a day for personal reasons. 
The only downside to this job was how hot it got in the warehouse during the summer. That being sais, though, the warehouse had water coolers all around, and always had cold water bottles in the fridge. (Sometimes even freezies, popsicles etc!) 
They also had big industrial fans you could wheel into the working area, and big garage doors to open when it begun cooling off in the evening. So it was never an actual issue. 

I work upstairs in my own little office (currently on maternity leave) It is very repetitive and you do deal with alot of abuse verbally from customers BUT the job can also be VERY rewarding. If you work upstairs there is not alot of room for "advancement" unless someone dies pretty much (as sad as that is) but you do get yearly raises. This is not a job for just anyone but I really enjoy it and you have to know when to stand your ground with customers  and management. The downstairs staff think upstairs is treated like "gold" but we definitely aren't and they cannot complain as they choose there job knowing the conditions.

Did not mind working there at first, but the upper management did not give any support or back up their policies they created when it came to very abusive difficult customers, so you felt as an employee that you did not matter. High turn over in customer service and the warehouse departments. I would not recommend working for this company as you are a 'dime a dozen' to upper management and they have let lots of good people go as they do not consider good employees an asset to the company.

While the daily routine can become dull if you're not careful there are many opportunities to grow in skills if you show interest and take initiative. The work culture seemed nice with support from management. I learned to operate several machines used in the personalization industry with the prospect of learning more as time went on. The repetition of a typical day is the awkward part, but the allowance of listening to audio on shift made for great development time listening to audio books and podcasts.

I’ve been working for about 4 months and just received a raise! Co workers are super nice and we all joke around. Managers are super nice and understanding of emergency appointments and needing to leave early. Actual work is super easy and you can listen to music in one earbud in my area. I’m surprised how awesome it is. Amazing discounts for employees as well. I just LOVE it here!!! 

Management is quite attentive to their employees needs. I started as a full time employee, it was too stressful and I was moved down to part time on only the second day, they placed me in an area where I could work best, based off of my sensory issues. The work itself is quite monotonous, and I sometimes had a hard time getting through the work, but it’s really the employees that make it worth working there. I didn’t meet many people, but the ones I have met were really good people and easy to talk to

I personally worked the night shift four days a week, and enjoyed my many duties, as well as the ability to learn new skills. In my experience, we were kept comfortably busy. At times, we were exceptionally busy, and on other nights there was some downtime, depending on the type and volume of orders, and what could be accomplished during the day. In general, I found the atmosphere quite welcoming, and got along well with the other employees.

Looking out for the business and profit not the employees. Attitude of everyone is replaceable. Offer advancement within the company and great hours including a night shift. Wage is very low and raise increases are few and far between. Management is over worked and staff work load is unrealistic. Looking out for sales profits, numbers and ignoring employee needs such as stress.

i personally think they don’t care about their employees as much as they care about a sale. during the summer it is EXTREMELY hot in the warehouse because there’s no AC (also no windows to open). with the heat in the ac you think you would be paid a normal warehouse pay right? nope. minimum wage while you sweat yourself to near heat exhaustion. the only thing i like about weddingstar is it’s monday - friday.
