Management here has appreciated or respected for longtime employees. That is if you're not in their inner circle. A lot of employees are personal friends with management and it affects their decisions. I.e a foreman ran over a girl with his truck and never got anything done to him and I took my tandem truck to get repaired and they fired me for some reason.

The summers they work you like a dog, with only one break. Be careful if you apply here.

Worked here for 5 years, love my job and the people I have met, a lot of room to advance within the company. Very safety conscious, you will learn a lot about equipment from co workers and forman on sites. I would recommend this company but best to be honest about your abilities otherwise within 1 hour they’ll be able to see what you can do in a machine. 

This company overall is a great place for earthworks. I met great people from this company to this day i am still friends with. I learned how to operate Scrapers, Dozers, Rock Trucks. The most enjoyable time is when the season fires back up. The hardest part of the job was job security. Management and employee has fluctuated greatly.

Weinrich Construction is a busy company, you will generally work 10 to 12 hours per day sometimes up to 21 days in a row. Weinrich is very weather dependant so summers are non-stop while winters are typically slow. they employ a variety of people from various back grounds and have an inclusive culture.

Great company, unfortunately the organization is in the construction and maintenance industry and works on individual contracts, they try to keep their employees and transfer them as much as possible from one job to another...would I go back... instantly...

The crews and foreman are all great, it’s the low pay and upper management that treat there workers poorly. There was 4 times in one month where I drove all the way to site at 5am to find out there was no work that day, 40 minute drive one way. The upper bosses expect you to know everything without being trained properly 

no one seems to know what is going on here not even managment it can be really irritating. to show up every day and not know what you are running. but the people that work there are great to work with. i learned a lot from the company and i would sugest to anyone try it out and hope for the best

I love the management at Weinrich. They are very attentive to employees, I have a special needs son and have had to request days off for doctors appointments etc. I have referred others to this company and all are working an..happy

Work starts early to do pretrips and minor repairs, days are usually 11 hours and everyone is off in time for supper. The staff at WCL are exceptional and they really care about their employees. Best part of this job is the people, great attitudes all around.

by far the best equipment operating company i have ever worked for. i was treated amazing and compensated for many things when asked to do particular tasks not outlined in my requirements. A+
