What can i say? The place is the least professional workplace i have ever worked in. Disorganised is an understatement. Favoritism between managers and employees runs rampant. If you rub one of the managers the wrong way they make your life difficult. Routes dont make sense, less than zero effifiency, bad work conditions. Pay is below industry standard and the workloads are heavy. Expected to be a "team player" but the favour is never returned. Very unsafe workplace as well. Grinders with no safety glasses, no ear protection, employees are pressured to use equipment that should be out of service. Employees are rude and offensive to customers, no one cares. Avoid at all costs!

a typical day starts at 645am, i load my truck, perform an inventory both on paper and on computer, perform my inspection.
on the road by 730am, back in yard by 5pm, offload truck by 530pm.

I have my forklift certificate, received class 3 license.

Management has changed over the 3.5 yrs i have been there.

co workers I don't see very often as I am the first one there and the last to leave.

Hardest part of my employment is the drive to work, and trying to get the order desk to keep my route to the days it is scheduled to run.

Most enjoyable is my customers.

My day was very fast paced with fun breaks throughout the day. We would have draws where you could win prizes every 3 months. The management was very supportive with an open door policy. At this company there was no such thing as a stupid question, they would encourage you to ask a questions if you had any difficulties.

Start work at 8:300
Load truck and do pre trip inspection
Deliver cylinders to customer sites
If you run out of product you have to go back to plant to load more cylinders
Finish your run and do post trip inspection
Unload/load truck to the next day

Terrible place to work
No room for growth unless you are family or a friend
Terrible benefit package
No sick days
Managers are either family or have no management experience.
No formal training available.
Bare minimum in safety procedures.

Family run and close knit. As anywhere else politics can get in the way but only if you allow and contribute to it. Work life balance is good. If you work hard and make a genuine effort kudos to you.

management has no clue of whats going on. Routes make no sense. expected to work 10 hr days before overtime is paid. Human resources will screw you if you dont pay attention.

I don't have anything good to say but I don't want to ruin it for someone that may enjoy it there. My personal experience was terrible but some people do enjoy the environment provided.

Awesome team to work with and a very good work life balance. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Open door policy where things are dealt with quickly and professionally 

Equipment is unsafe.
They play with your salary.
Yard is a mess.
Second rate in many aspects.
Management is uninvolved and unreactive to safety issues.
