Hours are not great typical construction job 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Pretty nice people and good management. Always concerned about the employees and making sure everyone is happy. Standing there with a sign in the sun all day isn't great but for how terrible everyone makes it out to be I rather enjoyed myself most days at work and I think that was because the people were really friendly.

The opportunity to advance and move up through the company. Not just a number but a valued employee. Treated with respect. Given the responsibility and free range to run the crew how I wanted to get things done, showed trust in me. Throughout a typical day would arrange operators, get guys to set forms, gravel forms, pour on average 2-3 trucks a day by hand, then do site clean up and set up for next day.

I worked as a flagger. Start wage is very low. Long hours. Somedays we'd work 10 hrs. Some days we would work 16 hrs. Work 21 days straight unless there was rain or long weekend. I liked my paychecks but your work/life had no balance. Felt tired and fatigued most of the time. Flagger is first one out and last to leave. Little to no breaks through the day.

I have worked there for 10 years and now retiring. management was awesome to work with. treated like and individual. management know your name and its a first name basis. ask a question and they will give you an honest answer no secrets

It has a good reputation for hard-working crews that produce great work. Long hours during the summer is hard on life in general but is very rewarding when work is appreciated by superintendents and managers of this company.

First year working for wells construction, was looking for change, learned a lot, work with a great team with excellent management overall positive environment!

A typical day, enjoyed my work for the general part. Most workers were very supportive of female workers, hard to pursue other positions as a woman. Really good benefits!

Worked insane hours, made great money, unfortunately found out they dont have a spot for me this year. I liked working for the company but now am not too happy
