Typical day can have its ups and downs just like anywhere else. I do enjoy my job, I've always had a love and passion for the automotive world. We have had our change in management, the service managers have changed a few times in the last few years. Our parts manager has stayed the same in the last 4-5 years. My co-workers are great some I have had troubles with along with the rest of the employees, which are mainly the techs. They come into the service area and voice their opinions and have no filters which we are in the process of fixing. The hardest part of the job is making sure that our parts are where there supposed to be at all times. With 2 people working on a stock order is fine, especially if the parts are being checked off but our manager steps in to help out which is not a problem until we find parts left here and there because he got pulled away to do something else. The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing customers leave happy because of my service to them, and also seeing the new vehicles come in and see the new changes. But most of all is learning new things!!

Working here has been such a positive experience. The team culture is amazing—it truly feels like a family. Everyone supports one another, and there’s a genuine sense of fun and connection in the workplace.

Management is great. They listen, they care, and they’re always looking for ways to make things better for the team—especially our GM. She goes above and beyond to create a workplace that feels supportive, welcoming, and like home.

It’s a place where you feel valued, heard, and part of something special. I highly recommend working here!

West Edmonton Hyundai is a great place to work, and do business with. The work environment is amazing. Everyone is friendly and treat you with respect. The managers are very knowledgeable, and are always there to help you and guide you with your struggles. The Finance team, also very approachable and they always get stuff done. The sales people always help each other out, and most of the time; for nothing in return. It truly does feel like being a part of a family, I'm proud of my team, and our product, and I would definitely recommend this branch for the years to come. 

The owner is always trying to get involved in every situation, throwing 100 different things at you even if it has nothing to do with your position; and doesnt appreciate it. Gets angry when you request time off and doesnt like when you take a day off (Because he is always there so should you). Also they always find a way to screw you on your pay and will fight with you for is rightfully yours.

Was forced into a career change, West Edmonton Hyundai welcomed me and made me feel like part of the team right away. I had some apprehension about working in the car industry, but those quickly went away after a few days. The owner through to the sales managers and staff are wonderful to work with.

I can't really speak bad of the company because of my entire time there. It wasn't until about half way through the time there that things took a turn for the south, when the best of the management team left, and then was replaced by a guy who had very little care for us.

constantly drama, from service manager, to owner, to service writer and the techs. keurig coffee, customers always right, slithering salesman. not much different from most dealerships

Been working here for years in sales. The management is great, they will work hard for your deals. I'm excited to come to work everyday. 
They don't flood the floor with salespeople so  everyone can make a good living.

I enjoyed this job but there was no advancement and was not receiving desired pay at the time. Leaning organizational and time management was a plus, also learning how to deal with different types of personalities. 

Simply the best place to work at with lost of room to grow in management or finance whichever direction you are looking to get in to and working to get there with people who feel like family.
