As a former employee, I feel obligated to warn both potential customers and future hires. The General Sales Manager at this dealership creates a toxic, high-pressure environment driven by ego, intimidation, and manipulation. Rather than building a supportive team or focusing on long-term customer relationships, the GSM fosters a culture of fear, micromanagement, and favoritism.

Salespeople are routinely belittled in front of peers,  pressured to push dishonest tactics just to meet unrealistic quotas. Any concerns or suggestions are met with sarcasm or hostility. Morale is constantly low, and turnover is ridiculously high—for a reason.

This dealership could be so much better if it weren’t for the arrogance and mismanagement at the top. Customers beware: when leadership treats employees this poorly, it always trickles down to how business is done

West End Nissan was easily the most toxic job I’ve ever had. The culture is built on favoritism, insecurity, and control. If you’re not part of management’s inner circle, expect to be ignored, micromanaged, or quietly pushed out. There’s no real support, no transparency, and zero room to grow. High turnover isn’t a coincidence — it’s how they operate. I witnessed coworkers get harassed and pressured into quitting, all while management pretended nothing was wrong. It was disturbing to watch, and telling of how little they value people outside their favorites. This job didn’t just stall my career — it drained me mentally. If you care about your time, avoid this place.

Be ready to be underpaid in every aspect of the industry. Techs are under paid, low appointment count and managers that have no idea how to run their departments. Turn over is insane, and they play favorites to those that just give up their lives to make minimum wage. Extending hours with no additional pay. No breaks cause it's understaffed.  Working for the yachimac group is your worst decision you will make. 

Fun place to work, lots of perks and benefits. Everyone is so friendly and has a great sense of humour. Every day is a blast.

WEN is a great dealer to work for, hard work and persistence will take you far at this place. Might be tough to move up the ranks but if youre looking to refine your sales skills this would be a great place

enjoy dealing with people, like solving problems , like helping people, like watching people work together, like reaching our goals and succeeding. I managed 25 staff members and watched them grow and start believing in themselves.

This location has struggled with customer rapport and struggles to successfully accommodate customers and staff. Very friendly and nice all around but not fairly compensating employees 

Very fast pace and full of energy. The company strives to do great thing and achieve their monthly goals and quotas. The harder you work the more your chances of getting promoted

The longest person in the service department has 6 months and after that they fire you for no reason. Chaos environment. No organization. Service manager is clueless on how to manage his team.

great staff, second family, but management changes all the time and terrible pay structure, wouldnt recommend based on pay alone
