Do not work for this company. Unless you like being thrown under the bus and being stressed out regularly. If you are unfortunate and do end up working for this company, you will never stop looking for another job. Everyone at the company is looking for another job. Because everyone is treated very poorly by management. The bonus to that is, your coworkers will become your best friends, tied together by the fact that you're all in the same boat. You'll find yourself regularly telling customers to go somewhere else for products because you don't have any, regularly will you be sitting having nothing to do because customers don't come in the door. 

And by god, if you get a promotion, they just add on extra work. You never lose responsibilities to get new responsibilities, they will continuously add responsibilities on you until you have too many things to do that you cant do them well. 

Upper management doesn't care. Never do they take any responsibility for the state of the company. Certain managers will just show up at 3:00pm, and sometimes with the smell of alcohol. Upper management continuously adds new rules and regulations on what feels daily basis and which they don't even follow themselves. 

Staff turnover is the highest I've ever seen relative to the size of the company. 

Never stop looking.

Before applying here make a note that this company does not pay for training. They expect you to do hours of training on your own as it's considered "personal development". In terms of management they do a few curious things such as going around and complaining about other employees right on the sales floor (they really complain if an employee takes time off).  Breaking the rules they set (no food or drink, no cell phone usage). And finally none of them really know who's in charge for most of the day, they just kind of point the finger at each other and don't get things done. As for the actual job itself it's a lot of tech support and phone sales. Good luck selling anything with their shortage of inventory though. 

Management didn't really care for or value their employees. They definitely viewed us as lesser and easily replaceable. Job was good, never a slow moment and was interesting. Other employees were very willing to help you learn how to do things and friendly. Days when management wasn't around were great. When management was around it was like walking on eggshells.

typical day was slow paced with rushes in the afternoon.

management was firm and present.the workplace culture was relaxed and focused for most of the day.
hardest part of my job was The amount of new information I would be taking in on a daily basis, learning and apllying that information to the sales floor.

The owners of this business are an absolute disaster, they have no respect for others, run the place like a tyrannical regime, offer no training, feedback is only ever late and negative never constructive. Communication is absurd and unclear and expectations change daily.

I loved this company!! Until there was some upper management changes which greatly impacted the direction of the company. A family run business who did't seem to care about their employees job/life balance.

While I worked there management was very judgmental and very much played to favourites. They did not give everyone fair warning in changes in departments and expected everyone to just turn a cheek when the owners children started to step out of line of what their job duties were.

It was a retail store, there was shift work. Went from working front of house to warehouse to working with management. It was a great way of working with different levels of management, but focused on getting the work done, and not so much on work life balance.

I had the pleasure of working for Westworld Computers throughout my university career.  The job was flexible and the staff were a lot of fun.  Great experience learning to work with Macintosh computers.

Was made a fall guy for poor management decision. 
Pay rate was min wage at best as they would not advertise. 
No money to be made here as the store was dead most of the time.
