Management has all worked their way up and all genuinely cares about the employees and the job, they’re old school not many places like it anymore. If you’re soft I wish ya luck

Working on tight deadlines for concrete nothing actually stressful for labourers

Hard work loyalty respect and safety issues are addressed when brought up

Show up load materials in truck go to site work load up materials go home

Noone cares about how well you work. If you show up you keep your job.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with people that don't understand time limits and how to hurry

Management and most Forman are extremely disorganized! My experience was that they didn't want to fix anything and would turn their backs when there was a problem..... And the pay was nowhere near what most workers deserved 

My time here was ok but the inexperienced formen and poor management was outrageous. The neglected machinery was something I've never seen before! And the pay sure didn't match the job. 

Although my time with them was short, it's a good company to work for. They treat their workers well, pay fairly, and have a good crew of foremen and workers. Definitely recommended if this is your type of work. 

I had a good experience working there overall. Safety and quality were important, and there’s steady work throughout the year. If you show up, work hard, and do your job well, there are opportunities to move up.

A typical day at work for me is in the morning when I arrive then talk to the Fourmen about the tasks of the the day and threw out the day we all work together to complete successfully and safely 

I had a great experience overall. Fast-paced great learning experience  good people to work with very good management of the company fair wages and  retirementplan
