Management is happy to take on board your suggestions and listen to their employees, which includes an open door policy (quite literally). Employees are also given plenty of holidays to ensure you have a work-life balance.

Westech even has a social committee who organize a range of events and opportunities to help charities or others in need.

If Transmountain was running I would still be there!!!  Very well run Company!!! Lots of excellent products to sell to a variety of clients!! Team building activities were awesome and thoroughly enjoyed them!!  Great staff and very helpful!!

The best part about Westech is the people, they are a tight knit group that more or less feels more like a family than anything else.
Social Events held regularly always bring people together, a very relaxed environment.

Great team atmosphere - like we're all in this together. Supportive environment where your ideas are valued. Management has an open door policy that's actually open. Employees are empowered.

Toxic Management with no chance of advancement. If you don't like the Kool-Aid, you're best to move on. Micromanagers at every turn. Managers would take all the credit for ideas and accomplishments that were not theirs to begin with.

The production supervisor is unqualified for the position.  Workers constantly backstabbing each other.  Dirty environment, only cleaned on inspection days.

Westech is a family owned company and it feels that way working here, its a very family first oriented atmosphere. Management is great  and always willing and available to listen and work with you.

The upper management of the company does not pay attention to the needs of their employees.  They are always changing product lines and do not have any consistency.

Lousy management, exceedingly demanding bosses, confusing job list, laissez-faire guiding (“jump both feet in and swim, dear!”, very few willing to take responsibility. Little transparency.

bad management, too many bosses, not clear job list, not enough work load, no one wan to  make the decision and take the responsibility. everything is not transparent.
