What is the best part of working at the company?
Not a lot to say about what the best thing is about this company. There really is no best thing. Best thing was when I first got hired everything was pretty cool. A Red seal chef. But working with people who never had a clue. And they treat the people who never had a clue better than the people who knew what they were doing. Very frustrating

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with safety. Management. Working with people who do not know what they're doing. Lazy people. Working with outdated product. Dealing with camp consultants

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment was okay if you did not mind being locked in a place for 3 weeks at a time. But when you get out it's supposed to be a week off but it's only 5 days you don't get paid for in or out.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If you're traveling back in the camp, it means a long drive to camp about 12 hours. Have to do a 12-hour shift soon as you get there. Then you have to cook all day. Three meals a day and a rig box at 12:00 sent down to the rig. so very long days

Honestly not that much the best part of it is making the money.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part is that they send you out to go work two to three weeks out and then when you come home you're sitting on your butt for over a month maybe 2 months up to 6 months waiting for a phone call to get sent out again because they don't have a lot of availability or camps that we can ship you out to and that's the weird thing about it.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's okay the work environment is the usual you go there do your work go home.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at work with this company is you go to bed you wake up and you go do your job whether it be 10 to 12 hours shift. Always something to do.

RUN.pay by the day and then lower your wage once you're in camp. Camp manager has 0 experience,causes drama and gossips like crazy.Uses the maintenance guy when talking to staff about issues.maint is allowed to yap at tailgates, always 8n the office,0privacy if you need a chat. Camp manager makes stuff up as she goes along. Never truthful. Set up one cook for failure.its awful.Look elsewhere.this is a mistake and am warning everyone.do not work here.the most drama inhave ever seen with only 16 staff.8f you're honest it's considered an attitude.what!!!true story.save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.and food is awful.

The people and the team work concept.

Training people and having to preform my task at the same time!

Good, safe and clean work environment

Lots of hours and lots of work!

Avoid at all cost. They rip your money off. Dont pay over time. Dont live up to contract obligations. Management is incompetent. It seems the worst you are the more they want you and the better you are they dont want you. Screwed up to say the least.

This is the worst company to work for the managers are two face and will lie to your face,there food is terrible,the quality of chefs are low grade,Mcdonalds employees are better.They dont care about safety as a supervisor once said who needs ppe if it doesnt benefit the company.

Got to be active  and tip-top  fun easy to get along with   Great people  fire camps are the best  some crazy  but also on ur toes  everyone is a team there  .

Good position and salary, plus staff,also learn new skills to help my position.Upper staff thou do not precaite your hard work and well not give you arise.

Couldn't ask for better back up from the company in its day to day operations. i was impressed by the staff and management who i had to deal with i would recommend this company to anyone.

I really enjoy working for this company and do see opportunity for advancement if I apply myself. But, all in all its a great company and it is well managed by a great group of people who care about their employees.
