The management team has been good at keeping me busy with good reputable clients. Having consistent contractor work since joining the temp agency.

Honestly the only stressful component is knowing there is guaranteed work daily if not already on a long term contract with a client of theirs.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive at 5:45am-6am, sign in, gather ticket paperwork, head to job site, work 8hrs, return to office, get paid. REPEAT the next day.

You can be doing pretty much anything when you're at work. It really depends on the site you get sent too, you could be operating Heavy machinery or using power tools, housekeeping, digging, laying pipe for gas and stuff.I learned how to operate all sorts of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.

They run a pretty tight ship when they are dispatching workers. They do their best to send everybody out. The hardest part of the job is you're at the mercy of the elements. If it were to rain or snow too much the company you get dispatched too will have to close up shop until the weather improves or they clear the snow. The most enjoyable part of the job for me is being able to work hard.

Steady hours differnt work enviroments. Manual labour most of the time office staff is very friendly and care about there workers safety. They try there best to send out there hard workers on a daily bases. They are also willing to let you take time off without worrying about your job placement

a typical work day at west edmonton mall,demolishing stores,great people all around,very fun energetic day,time goes too fast its that good,great management as they want there workers safe,happy and learning...demolishing is the funnest part i enjoy it alot,cleaning not so much but will do what i have to.

I love the management of western labour services. they listen to your problems and they have solutions. They are understandable.

As a young lad, I was desperately wanting to be in construction. Wanting to build, and see my work on buildings around the city, and I was able to do just that! I learned a variety of things from skilled labour work to demolition to carpentry.

They do not portray favoritism. 
If you are good to them, they will be good to you.
Will not pay on weekends usually.
