You are given unfair tasks and not enough time to complete them and no matter how justified you are, you're still wrong and to blame.

If you bust your butt working hard you'll never get complimented, only corrected.

If you enjoyed being insulted and sworn at this is the place.

They will write you up for anything and everything then have that on file so at anytime they can just fire you whenever they please.
Basically you have a proverbial gun to your head at all times.

Everyone is monitored under an efficiency system and even though you can't make some efficiency times because of work place problems or poor procedures put in place by management YOU ARE STILL BLAMED!!!

Typical workday included warranty claim submission, return of defective parts, dealing with truck drivers on personal basis as to warranty guidelines and coverages. The best thing I learned from this job was the importance of being a team player. When all personnel involved did their job, it was a simpler process to perform your part of the job efficiently. Hardest part of the job was attempting to satisfy customers about the warranty process. Customers were told at time of sale about warranty. However, most of the time, the information given was incorrect or misleading causing confusion. Once the correct information was conveyed, the process became simpler. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with inside people and potential customers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Lots of knowledge, have to be quick on your feet. If you have a great attitude. It goes a long ways. I enjoy my job. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Most stressful is trying to learn everything. Still great to work for and just learn from your mistakes.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its busy and you deal with lots of oilfield or long haul drivers. Its fast paced and lots of things going on at all times. Keep your head up and you'll be fine 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Answer emails, answer phones, deal with walk ins, ordering parts.

Unless you are someone with zero previous management experience, you will not be given a management position.  There is a system of elite in which if you don't belong to a certain group, it management, parts or service, then you don't matter. You will be given lip service but don't expect change or results.  Management will talk behind your back and make life changing decisions without ever consulting or considering factual details. 8n other words, they never have their employees best interest in mind, it has always been a , how can I make myself look the best, avoid all possible conflict and throw whomsoever under a bus.

What is the best part of working at the company?
none, you get treated like a child. you get treat of being fired or written up if something goes wrong or if you forget the smallest thing. management needs a clean up.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
the treat of being written up or fired at all time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
people on the floor are great, management is toxic.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
everyday you got to work on egg shell otherwise you're gone.

The shop is nice and well equipped and most of the other techs on the floor are ok but that’s the only good things here. The management doesn’t have a clue how to run a truck shop. unwilling to train and mentor new employees and  will just let you go or throw you under the bus. It’s a very hostile environment If the manager or lead hand doesn’t like you or fit into the club just  as well pack up your toolbox. The place is a revolving door for mechanics that why the pay is high. 

The people are good but its not a great workplace environment. Its a very clicky place to work, the worst I have ever experienced. Management doesn't address it and make it a better place to work. There is no work life balance, they will ask you to come into work even if you booked the time off. 
There is no clear direction from management. You better not raise any concerns or they will freeze you out. 
They have no problem making someones work life awful so that you'll end up leaving.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great place to work. Experience like no other. Get to fix everything from electrical to engines.

The challenge of doing different things every day

People are great and everyone is positive

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy moving from unit to unit

Heavy equipment techs get tasked with all levels of work regardless of apprentice level or journeyman, based on attitude and workmanship. All aspects of the truck are learned. If you are dedicated to dealership level repairs and experience this is a great place to work. A positive attitude can take you a long ways here. 

This is not a company to work at if you wish to be treated with respect! Management treats you unfairly, there VP is someone who does not know what he is doing and if you are not in his plan of action you are gone. No one is safe here, they treat there employees bad, pay is awful! There is so many managers there that there not be. Managers unqualified for there positions, but being paid outrageous amounts of money.
