Overall an alright work experience
Good people to work with, either your in a group or on the line by yourself.
Can sometimes be hot in certain areas of the plant.
I learned how to package product off the line fast and efficiently.
Check product as its going down the line and ensure the quality is good and meets there standards.
The hardest part of the job is the temperature and having to work long hours (12 hour continental shifts)
The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the other employees building bonds, decent pay if you become a full time employee and learning new things everyday.

Co workers are nice for the most part . Management is mismanaged unorganized , and mandate you every Saturday . Company does not care about you as a person. 
Plant manager does not speak to anyone nor wants to hear any problems . 
I would not recommend anyone to work there. 
Plant is dirty and does not follow Health and Safety regulations for the most part .

Long hours (12 hour shifts) and awkward to balance as night shift, but not as bad once settled in. The jobs are repetitive, and can be frustrating when things go wrong. The place requires you to work in the same spot throughout the night and may be exhausting but the pay and hours combined makes up for it. The co-workers there are friendly and helpful, and give lots of advice and tricks to help make the job more simple.

Management is fine.
Your work stations rotate to alleviate boredom
Shifts are 12 hour, 7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am
Work environment is very loud due to machinery
Minimal job advancement- many workers have been doing the same job on the same level for years
Not knowledgable of the benefits/salary

Incredibly boring job. Management regularly changed or fluctuated. 12 hr shifts (7 out of 14 days a week). Which makes the work/life balance difficult. 
But the other staff members are fantastic. Friendly to students, so long as you work hard.

I do not like working here, I have worked for 8 years at this job and havent been able to advance anywhere. I have tried to learn new things but get shot down or a day training here and there and that's it. People are treated differently and things arent fair.

The employees were treated well, plus they received good salaries and benefits.  .

Don’t work here. 
You are underpaid, too much favouritism and clicks. 
Leadhands and supervisors have their favourites.  There are some employees that are enjoyable to work with.


It's a great place to work. They cross train employees, and learn many skills. The people that you work with are cordial, and friendly, and great to get along with.
