One of the best companies I have ever worked at. The work can be challenging only because the industry is consistently evolving. This can mean that if you don't like change, you will find this company difficult at times. At the time, the leadership truly mentor me and believed in my ongoing growth and success. I made a lot of long-term friends and felt the work I did was impactful. 

A typical day kept me busy from start to finish. There was always something new to learn. Management was flexible and promoted a team effort.
Because there is commission is was sometimes a volatile workplace. I found the hardest part of this job to be dealing with the Human Resources rep who was unforgiving and unfair in her assessments of the employees.
I made a lot of friends here and those relationships continue to this day. It would be nice to enjoy such an environment again.

Very much a team environment I experienced while working here. At times the management seemed very unappreciative of our hard work it felt like. Overall I enjoyed my time here and think it is a good place to give a chance to if you are looking at employment here.

It was a great pleasure to start telecomm career with WCG. Knowledgeable and experienced management listening attentively to the techs. Senior techs are always ready to share their years of experience with the newbies. Welcoming and respectful staff.

5. Mental health and wellness of leaders are encouraged to be assessed on a regular basis so they have work-life balance

Being paid minimum wage never sets the bar very high for an employer. Many of their employees are not paid what they are worth. That said, the staff are very friendly and courteous. They have nice parties and apparently have good health care plans.

The best job experience I could ever imagined as a newcomer. Great benefits, great managers and good work/life balance. Many countries are represented in this Company and our teamwork is better than other places I've worked before.

You are your own boss lots of potential ! You decide your territory you decide your schedule you control every aspect for this role and great manger no pressure at all ! Great work and environment

Hard to trust colleagues or management.  HR do not look out for employees but tow the company line, being fired despite years of loyalty is quite common
