Not worth the stress.
Terrible on boarding, manager take off with little to no notice leaving staff to carry everything.
Fast pace, high stress and terrible culture.
No breaks and short staffed.
No one stays longer than 1-2 years.

Did not want to implement real-time technology (at the time) with barcoding and scanning inventory on their steel commodities. Inventory counts were consistently out due to human error when shipping or receiving.  Also damage control and reporting were an issue which produced discrepancies in their inventory counts.  Senior management was not always in agreement with some of  ideas presented by younger staff.  No signed contractual agreements with any of their steel manufacturers or distributors, putting the company at risk.  Old school with "hand shake" agreements.

This employer seems good up front but after working a few weeks I noticed employees leaving. some quit and others got fired, there are organization issues. Their were always new employess, this plant is there for 5 yrs plus and their was just 2 employees who has worked there for more than 1 year. This company might not be for you. 1 employee got injured and afew days later he was fired.

Keep bad employees who are a poison, over up front and positive people, rewards the people who lie and won't own their stuff.  Promotes backstabbing not team environment, because the employees that are there are not reprimanded for making other employees feel "not good enough"  I am really good at what I do, but the people I am working directly with are poison, Manager either doesn't see or doesn't care, not sure which.

This place is an absolute joke. I worked here for a day and a half and that was too much! Run while you still can work culture is an absolute mess. There is no direction or leadership. I was promised a reputable company and got nothing as advertised. Poor management and absolutely no training. If you want to feel like a bag of garbage everyday then this place might be for you if not then run.

I have never worked at a place managed worse than this. I've never seen most employees have to fight for their pay every single pay period. Last minute changes causing absurd hours almost daily. There was zero leadership anywhere. 

This company has been one of the best places I have ever worked. I am treated with respect and asked for my opinion on a lot of things. There is lots of different places that you can go with this company if you need to move for some reason. The hours are very good and the pay is pretty decent as well. Lots of training provided. It is a family company and you can tell they treat us like family.

I work full time hours with lots of overtime. My seniority gave me the opportunity to operate different mills, to produce the final product, however it did not protect me from being laid off.

Horrible management, no training and no support.  The only place I’ve ever worked that has a “closed door policy.”

I was promised things would change and then nothing was followed through on.

Productive and fun workplace and good  benefits, good co-workers and i learn everything like for example how to operate a press bend machine operator, and forklift operator, overhead crane operator.
