the creative freedom i was given to design menus, posters, etc., was limited at times, but i enjoyed stretching myself and working outside the box, at times.  
i was given the opportunity to fine tune my skills, by taking courses and those with knowledge, shared.
the majority of people that i worked with were team players and we balanced and supported each other.
the hardest part of the job was communicating with new staff and trying to adapt to their new ways of managing what was already working.  
the most enjoyable part, for being appreciated for my creativity and the co workers that i shared space with.

Low wage, no gratitudes, staggered shifts, unfair and hostile treatment of employees by kitchen management. Would not recommend. This is an honest review from a former employee. Great front of house, kitchen, office and greens employee staff that are very friendly.

Overall management was very "old school" in regards to the work ethics, and treatment of employees. lacking respect and openness. The clients are their priority, however unmotivated employees can result in poor service.. would recommend this place to anyone wanting to attain thicker skin and experience unprofessional management.

I learned how to maintain a golf course through operating machinery and utilizing manual labour. Management encouraged and pushed workers to be their best. Through my experiences, I have learned ways to work efficiently that will serve me good for the rest of my life.

The management and other golf professionals were awful to work with. They were so rude and overall terrible people. From the moment I started it was dysfunctional, and it turned into an overall abusive environment. I left within a year.  

My typically day is very busy and interesting,the important thing is you never gets bored, because there is always something new to learn. The environment is very health, hence it promotes productivity.

A typical day at Weston begins at 5:30am with the organization of member's golf bags and opening of the pro shop.  Every day offers different challenges for those who seek to pursue advancement in the golf industry.

Private members club that is a good place to learn and gain experience for a short term for anyone interested in hospitality Mgmt or Golf Course Mgmt.

This club is full of staff who don't work together very unprofessional, supervisors and managers do not talk to or treat staff with very much respect!

Management was great. It was either very slow or very fast-paced, so you get a good mix of everything. Also if you like golfing you're allowed to go for free which is a huge bonus..I would definitely recommend working there.
