Every day is a fun day,for everybody is a hard worker  ready to do the  given task for us in  safe and in a rigth way .  Work hard give respect to everybody be more productive, do the task in a rigth way and always be safe while doing the task. And always work like team help each other work shoulder to shoulder.The hardest part of the job is when you just there in the job site waste ting companies money waiting for the time and doing nothing . the most enjoyable part is when you finish your job safe efficient and   beautiful...

What is the best part of working at the company?
The company is getting smaller annually….. for a reason!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Same management that is responsible for the decline of the company is still in place

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible. It’s awash with nepotism and ignorant unskilled or experienced ppl at the top

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Completely and totally Unorganized. There are only a handful or regular employees and none of them speak English as their mother tongue

CEO and supervisor will not pay a fair wage. Many staff have left due to this concern. Also they keep incompetent workers cause they get them to work for nothing or because they need the job to stay in the country.  No support given. No professionalism, reprimanded for other employees faults and mistakes.  Expected to be more in charge but not allowed the job title or pay to go with it.

Down to earth people make it comfortable for you at the interview. Project manager is awesome ( Codie Hopkins ) Learned lots working for westrich learn how to fix equipment, weld and fabrication, management, mentoring, training, costumer calls and meetings.

I did everything I possibly could to make the job run smoothly. No credit if you do the right thing. Yelled at immediately if it was wrong. They would tell you whatever you wanted to hear to make you work long hours and when the job was running down or almost complete discarded

Good boss, rich company but very cheap wage wise. Slack work. Employees are mostly immagrants, however they are very easy to work with and I feel they deserve alot more than they are given

personally i got training in every trade that had to offer in high rise construction which is pretty neat not most company will give you that experience

I learned a lot when working with this company. I was tried well and there was little to no slow time. The management was hard to work with is really the biggest down fall.

Co workers are great,  Good atmoshpere and enjoyable but things arent run very well.   Decisions are made that arent very good and end up casuing more work in the end.

don't really have to much to say about this place. Poor management and leadership. Not so great working environment. stay away
